Good place to work at friendly co- workers

These guys were willing to give me a shot at a very technical position without any visible experience on my resume (though I have plenty). I am excelling in this position, and I feel that we are mutually grateful. Management has a somewhat removed approach when running things, which is an easy mistake that most companies make, in my observations. Nothing but LOTS of good comes from listening to your devoted employees! They know.

This place is a total Joke to work for!! Poor and Incompetent Management, High Turnover, Totally disorganized, a OSHA Hazard all day long! The 450lb Manager in Charge of this place is a complete embarrassment and a Joke!!

This place is segregated and racist and the turn over is very high. Another company in New Mexico that badly needs diversity. When it takes 8 hours to do a 1 hour job well that’s why a 400 lbs manager has the motivation to be lazy enough to become manager in a company like this. Along with this is the second company I have worked for in the last two months that I still have not been paid.

They dont show any remorse for employees, they have no training at all, it's basically a sink or swim environment, most of the management or supervisors don't know what they are doing, and they treat temps like someone who they can fire for fun

I'm truck driver and i do delivery to the place You can't sleep at night and it's not because of the place, it's because of the number of people who spend the night speeding tires and running around in the parking lot, the police take them out and after 2 hours they're all back, believe me, the night is long, it's impossible to sleep

I hope one day in the future companies like this don't exist. This company seems to exist solely to make a profit. They use temp agencies so they don't have to provide benefits. They have a high turnover rate. The other workers there seemed tired and overworked. Management was so disorganized which led to overtime. I worked here for a couple days, mandatory overtime was never mentioned during the hiring process. My first day at 3:30 comes around (the time I was scheduled to leave for the day) nothing… no one says anything.. 30 minutes go by. No one has said anything and there were no orders to fill in those 30 min. Finally at 4 I go up to the manager and ask him if I can leave for the day. He said we would stay until 4: 30. Since I don't just live to work, I have personal commitments outside of a job, So I told him I couldn't stay and that no one had mentioned that overtime would be a daily thing. He seemed offended that I couldn’t stay. But begrudgingly said I could leave for the day. I left thinking that maybe the next day would go better. I was wrong! There were multiple times through that day when for over 30 minutes we would be at a stand still. At a standstill because management was so disorganized and couldn't figure out what needed to be done. So I guess that's where overtime comes in. To make up for the manager's mistakes and lack of organizational skills. Workers are seen as a means to an end. Whatever it takes to make a little more profit for the day seems to be their philosophy. So 3: 30 comes around and same thing. No one mentions anything. I get my things. I go up to the manager and tell him I can’t work overtime. He was upset and asked if could ever work overtime. I said with some notice I could every now and again but that I can't just stay whenever. "That's going to be a problem” he said as if he was threatening me. “ I guess it's a problem then, but I'm not working overtime.” I said “Okay, we are done. I don't need you if you can't work overtime,” he said. And he escorted me to the metal detectors and that was it. I left and attended to my personal life. I feel sorry for people who are stuck in jobs like this one. Who are treated badly. People who think there are no other options. I’ve never worked at such a place. Those aren’t robots in your warehouse. Those are humans. They must have forgotten! New Mexico is a right to work state and this company uses that to their advantage.
