It's sad that almost all the stores are closed, between the COVID and Crime, our politicians don't care about the working people of Albuquerque!

Great place to relax and watch a flick. You have your own space and reserve your seat. All you can eat popcorn and all you can drink drinks. I keep going back. Great customer service. Best place to watch a movie.

This complex is modestly busy with a Sprouts market and movie theater. It also has access to pizza, Einsteins Bagels and a busy Great Clips, which I patronize (give a good haircut in a timely manner and it has friendly patrons). There are a number of other shops, such as UPS. Although the center is along Route 66 on the east end of town before you leave Alberqueque which has its share of homeless and interstate transients, it is policed well, just as Smiths across the street on Tramway has the special police dept observation camefsa and its own private security in its store (one of Smith's nicer stores with the cheese bar). The modern-styled center was built in the early 2000s and is kept up nicely. The 4 Hills neighborhood to the south started with big single family homes in the 70s and 80s and remains a highly desirable, car-centric neighborhood whose average resale home values are exceeding $450k. Reasonably maintained apartments are located to the south and west of the shopping cehter which is well-served by public transit.

I shop in this shopping mall often. It is always clean with plenty of parking. The only negative thing is that there are always a lot of homeless people loitering here. I realize this is out of the shopping center's control but nevertheless it does not make me feel safe and I worry about my car being broken into. This is one of the reasons I do not go to the movie theater in this particular shopping center. A positive aspect about this shopping center is that there is a very good selction of stores here. I frequent this shopping center because it has a Subway, a Dollar Tree, a T-Mobile, a bank/ATM and a laundromat. It is also conveniently located next to a Smith's grocery store across the street.
