Horrible!! Do not rent here if you are wanting a safe and secure place for your things. Recently had unit broken into and thousands of dollars stolen worth of tools. They advertise that they have cameras and it is secure and that is a bunch of bull. We have rented not 1 but 3 units for over 20 years probably close to 30 years now and not only did it happen 1 time but the very next night they broke in again. They have refused to allow me and my family access to the video. They stated they must have driven in behind someone. One would think that the first thing they would have done is gone straight to the cameras. It’s been over a week now and still nothing. The customer service is horrible and they are extremely rude. Looks like further action will be required to get anywhere. This is a place that we trusted for many years and to be treated this way is unacceptable and wrong. This is a place we stored all of our equipment for my father in laws contractors business. He had worked his entire life to get this equipment and like I mentioned it was thousands of dollars worth and for them to be so negligent and refuse to help in anyway is unacceptable and I feel they need to be held accountable to some extent.

If I could give 0 stars I would! My unit lock was tampered with previously then broken into and thousands of dollars of my personal items were taken and when I asked the manager to see the tapes they said the cops would take a look, but when I called they said they can’t do anything. The manager also declined to show me the surveillance tapes of my unit and the managers at both the ABQ and Santa Fe locations were extremely rude. Apparently my unit isn’t even the only one this has happened to recently! Do not rent from them! Your items will not be safe!

A1 storage on Academy is great! Amy is so nice, and she takes pride in her work. Any issues are solved right away. The units are clean and there are cameras all over. Your stuff is safe.

Clean units, looks like they just put solar panels on the roof. The manager of the place is very nice and knowledgeable. Looks very secure.

It's a good storage, only down fall is the annual increase. Had a storage with this facility for the last 4 years and EVERY YEAR the price increases by $20. Purchase a shed if possible, in the long run it'll be cheaper.
