STAY AWAY!! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION. Filled out an online application and got denied. My credit score is a 706, went it and was never greeted nor acknowledge. Not even is their a can I help you when I went to the front desk and got an attitude from the lady who looked like she didn't want to be there. So I kept my positive energy and left. Now the Carlisle location is one to work with even though it's not in my area. Word of advise to the manager. DONT HIRE PEOPLE THAT DONT WANT TO WORK AND ARE ONLY THERE FOR THAT CHECK. If your passionate about working in a place that deals with people then yes. But really, someone needs to properly train theses employees at this location about customer service.

Don't WASTE YOUR TIME! š
Went in to see if we could purchase new washer and dryer. Walked in, 3 people in the office, not one person acknowledged us. One guy left the office and walked right past us to the back of the store. Not a word. Thank God for my new META RAY-BANS I was able to record the horrible customer service. I was in there for 15-20 minutes. I have purchased from both AARONS and RAC and I can say this is not it. š®āšØ

I cant seem to get ahold of anyone at this store.. called Dozens of times, I even call the 1800 number for them to get ahold and nothing.. my order was delivered to there store on 6/26/24 and was supposed to be delivered by now ( 7/5/24) Iām paying for a product I donāt have possession of!!!! Worst store by far! I need to call the BBB and make a complaint.

Theyāre very polite loansharks. Ignore me for a year and my probably $25 balance then came back asking for $180 to make for a total paid of over $600 for a.. probably $250 tv stand. Partially my fault for forgetting to fully pay it off, and they did help when I wasnāt able to get credit, but they should only be used if youāre desperate, TBH.

Let me tell yall something...the general manager at this store, Amanda, has HANDS DOWN the best customer service I've ever experienced. I've been rocking with Aaron's for 6 years now STRICTLY because of how she takes care of EVERYBODY. This lil lady is always giggling and truly cares about her clients. How refreshing in 2023! I hope the powers that be in Aaron's keep moving her right on up to the top! Get em girl!

I got a used freezer from this location and not even two weeks into having it I lost 250 dollars worth of meat when I went in was told I had to make a payment I did. Was told a technician would call me to fix it if it couldnāt be fixed we would go from there. I was talking to a manager. Then lay Friday got a call cause my payment didnāt go threw. My payment wasnāt due yet I brought it up as it was a week since I was still waiting for a call from a technician. Was told that they would get back to me never heard back I called every day since and no answer no call back. I called today finally talked to someone still no reason as to why I havenāt gotten a techno out. So I told them to pick the freezer up. Now Iām out a freezer and 250 in meat this is ridiculous. Friday will be 3 weeks. Very dissatisfied

Ever since they got new employees and new store manager this Aaron's has improved dramatically from what it used to be . Before the new employees I used to get repeat calls about a payment due that I already made or they would double charge me and I'd have to call repeatedly to undo what they did. PRESENT DAY; this store is amazing the manager came from another store and she does an exceptional job and the workers under her from what I've seen do a great job. I enjoy my visits when I do visit this location.
