Isaac and Marcus made the car buying process less stressful and did not feel pressured into buying a car. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Lexus es300h, a hybrid vehicle that is running flawlessly a year later. Marcus was transparent about the car mentioning a new battery (not the hybrid battery) was replaced and brand new from Toyota before buying. Isaac also allowed me to take the car into a mechanic for an inspection and the mechanic was impressed on how well the car was maintained being a 2013 hybrid. There are no issues with the car, the only thing that was not working was the blind spot monitoring which was mentioned by Marcus but using the mirrors properly, you don't need the blind spot system. Marcus was able to work with me and we were able to make a deal with a reasonable price. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a used car as they are a trustworthy and family oriented business. Thank you access auto!

Very kind and courteous. Answered all my questions and didn't push anything. Knowledgeable about all cars and industry not just the one I was purchasing. Went the extra mile with a new battery, wash, gas, ans minor repairs. Highly recommend.

Isaac sold me a rav4 with more then 6 issues that somehow popped up after “warranty” only issue I wanted him to address was the window that breaks daily. I asked him if he would be willing to fix the problem and he ran circles how a usual salesmen does. He first messed up our application by attaching our names and socials to a complete other customer and Marcus had to step in and literally speak up from the other room to correct him. Marcus is great business but unfortunately Isaac is at an age where he is affected mentally and can not operate at the same level as Marcus. Typical car sales man that talks a lot with zero credibility to his name. Will definitely be talking to my lawyers because Isaac lied on our credit applications and put out false financials to get the deal. He also called me to start telling me how I wanted to fight and I started recording the call for my personal documentation but he hung up as soon as he heard it was recording. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Going to exploit this situation to as many people possible in New Mexico. Great job Marcus. Bad Job Isaac.

I very HIGHLY recommend Access Auto if you want an authentic and professional experience. They helped accommodate me and were very helpful and extremely patient and supportive through the whole process of me buying my Ford Fusion (which was in top tier condition). Very trust worthy and honest people. Isaac helped n worked with me as a first time car buyer with no established credit to get the best deal possible that fit my budgetary needs! They are easy to communicate with and are very responsive and I am very very happy with my new car!!

Marcus, his wife, staff and fur babies were and still are amazing! We were referred here by a family member to come check them out. Will never be disappointed, we found a vehicle right away and Marcus was honest and we walked out with an even better rate when we sat down to sign paperwork!!!! Awesome people, great family business, above and beyond customer service- from the fur babies too!!!

My dad just bought a 2011 Honda Accord and Access Auto went above and beyond to get him the vehicle he wanted which they did and I would definitely refer cfamily & friends to buy a vehicle from Access Auto. Customer service was phenomenal way to go guys spectacular job done ??

These guys seem to be auctioned cars for super cheap and resell. That, and/or, the people they get it from didn't maintain the vehicles well, and these guys will proceed to clear the codes and claim to fix things. Lousy mechanical work, whoever they have do it for them, and liars on quality/value of the cars. Stay away from this place
