Hands down the best customer experience ever. Rick was extremely helpful getting my Kenmore 959 back to working condition along with replacing missing components and tuning the machine. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Adjust and Time for all sewing machine repairs.

Rick was the absolute best ever for his time in responding to my text, and making a house call to adjust my Singer 20u. He has it humming and sewing like a dream come true. He checked everything on this machine to make sure it was perfect. Thank You Rick, he is New Mexico True.

I had a problem with my machine a day before a weekend-long retreat and after calling 4 other places looking for parts, I called Rick. He doesn't normally work on computer machines, but he told me his appointment had been cancelled and he was available at the time I called. I was there in 45 minutes. He took me right in and had my machine running smoothly in less than half-hour. He is personable and initiated a friendly conversation while he was doing the work. He explained the things that can and will go wrong in a way that helps me troubleshoot in the future. His fee was ridiculously reasonable for the fact that he dropped everything and solved my problem. I highly recommend this business.

Rick was amazing in helping us fix my mom’s sewing machine so that my daughter could use it before Christmas. I called another place in town that never got back to us - Rick answered the same day I called, and had it ready the next day! Excellent service! He and his wife make a great team.

Rick has a lot of experience fixing sewing machines! When I showed him what my problem was, he identified it immediately and showed me exactly what the problem was. He oiled and cleaned out my machine, and sent it with me in less them an hour. Very nice, knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend him. Next time my machine needs help I'll be going back to him.

Dropped an old industrial machine off and Rick had me all fixed and ready to go in only 4 hours! I was expecting at least a couple days lile the other shops but wow this man knows what he's doing. I will be coming back!

I want to give a shout out to Adjust & Time, I called on short notice with an urgent need for sewing machine repair. I was in early the next day and had my machine adjusted while I waited...best customer service ever!!I highly recommend this business Rick did a fantastic job and was very friendly, he even showed me some functions that I had not tried! I had an excellent experience yesterday with Rick in Adjust in Time. My sewing machine had a broken part and I called Rick in regard to the problem and he was able to get me in the next day. I live in Santa Fe (one hour from Albuquerque) and Rick was so accommodating that he arranged to do the same day repair while I did a bit of shopping. In addition to the broken part he found a malfunctioning gear, which he replaced. His charges were very reasonable for the work done. My 40 year old sewing machine is working like it is new! I appreciate his expertise and his forthright, honest manner of dealing with clients. As to the most recent review, I am also a person of color and he treated me with utmost respect. I recommend Adjust in Time without reservation.
