My partner went to pick up his prescription that he called the previous day and confirmed it was available. Came into today to pick up he prescription and said it to wait that they needed to fill it and had him wait 50 mins. He checked in half way to see why it was taking so long and was told they were sure they had it but then said they did have it and we’re going to fill it now. Then after another wait told him they did not have it. Questioned him about his insurance saying it did not cover that brand and only the generic brand. My partner stated he had new insurance that he was providing.The pharmacist said it still would not be covered before even looking at it. My partner felt like he was being treated different and the head pharmacist was being dismissive. While watching the pharmacist treat others in a different manner and being friendly. Not sure if this was a race issue but unacceptable regardless. Also if you can’t fill the prescription why did it take almost an hour to figure that out.

Best pharmacy we've worked with. Friendly, attentive staff who are good at communicating and setting expectations for complex prescriptions. As care givers we appreciate them accommodating our needs.

Accused of stealing because I turned the volume down on the self check because it was obnoxiously loud. Phil at the front was very rude and totally embarrassed me by scolding me that the volume needs to be all the way up, he was rude enough to jump in front of the screen and turn it back up himself as if I am not capable. I ended up telling him to just void everything and I went and got my groceries at smiths instead. Thanks Phil. I submitted a survey as well on my experience in detail if management sees this. My dad was also a store director at this store for years before he transferred so I think I would know what good customer service is as my whole life revolved around Albertsons growing up.

We come here every time we visit the niece and her family. That's 7 years of shopping here! Husband loves their chicken. We also like the big, well stocked aisles with everything we need at reasonable prices. Today we got the sugar loaded, non-nutritional, pretty Preps for $.25 each. Husband is in heaven. We also got potatoes- real & instant - and a few other things. Niece brought her own bag, which thrills me. No wasted plastic bags! Everyone in this store is friendly and efficient. We love it!

Since moving to Tanoan I have enjoyed going to the Albertsons market but today a racist cashier named shelle changed all that. I will think twice before going to a establishment that hires low class racist.

At cold cuts area people take off their masks and walk about the store. This store is frequented by mostly white people. Don't even bother complaining. They ignore you. Walk away from you as you are waiting to be served.

I used to love this store and, yes, we can blame Covid for many difficulties, but it also can be used as an excuse for poor service. I must use Albertsons app and pick up in the parking lot and now filling my order has become a waste of my time because, supposedly, they are out of many of the items I have ordered. Last time, I was annoyed that so many items, again, were not available, so I parked my car, donned my face masked and walked inside (though my daughter and my doctor do not want me going into public places because of my weakened immune system). Almost every item that was "not available" was on the shelves, in the produce area and at the deli. I couldn't believe it. Is this a con job? Or magic? This was ten minutes after the groceries were put in my car. On my way out I asked the guy that loaded my car why all these products were available and wasn't placed in my order. He said he was sorry, but they have them fill the order the night before with most of the items. Okay, not magic just management cutting corners. They must forget there is another large chain store just down the road.

Please Albertsons!! Enforce social distancing, checkout counter sanitation and PPE for the clerks. Last Friday evening too many people were in the store and customers were ignoring distancing in line. Your workers and customers are at risk if you dont take action...

Warning: Store uses facial recognition technology! Just saw this on an KRQE segment. The store uses facial recognition technology to subvert shoplifters. So they apparently don't care about your personal privacy at all. I will never shop here again.

As grocery stores go, this is a pretty good one. It's consistently clean, well-stocked, and they have a good selection of products. The aisles are very wide, which is really nice especially considering how difficult it can be to navigate some grocery stores. Parking is easy; I have never seen the parking lot very full, and even when it is, I haven't had any issues finding a spot pretty close to the store. The produce section has a good selection of organic fruits and veggies. They have a lot of prepared food - sushi, fried chicken, a salad bar, etc. - which is also nice to have in a grocery store. I've used the pharmacy and it went smoothly as well. The only thing I wish this store had was a self check-out. Sometimes when you have just a few items it can be frustrating to be stuck behind people with full shopping carts. Otherwise, this is a good neighborhood grocery store!

This store is very clean, & well organized. The staff is always friendly & helpful. But I am very disappointed the deli dept has switched from Dietz & Watson brand to Boar's Head. The taste is lacking, & I will now seek other stores for my deli products
