Improper WIC labeling. Did not want to help me get the right item. Esperanza the manager was very rude and dismissive even though I was trying to tell her her employee just paid out pocket for my item because the store didn't want to just figure out the problem with their labeling.

I love this store, everything they have is absolutely amazing, their meat department has the best in town, their produce is top notch, and their bakery is the best. Their customer service is awesome, I cut my pinky at their store, and I asked Michael for a paper towel, and the courtesy clerk went and got me a paper towel and a bandaid, you guy's know how to treat your customer's with dignity and respect! This was the Albertson's on Montgomery and San Mateo!!! Thank you, keep up the great work!!!

The store was dead , it was just not friendly .. I wanted to get some fresh bakes Scones or Fritters and I waited 10min. The were locked up !!
The lady that finally came out of back room - unboxing pre maid pastries was rude and u helpful..
So I grabbed a box of Cinnamon rolls and vroughr to my brothers - they well way over spiced with cinnamon , dried and well ?

Great meat selection!! And they will slice the meat to your preferred thickness!
Lastly, they will even order beef bacon for you if the swine isn’t your thing😉

Good place to shop know that they got baskets for a time there were not many baskets customers had to go find thereon in parking lot. That problem has been fixed so they get an A

I came in this morning to shop for some groceries. And one of the associates in the hall said hello, to me. I was so grumpy because I just didn't like how the other associates were staring at me. And I wish I hadn't taken it personal, because it was a great opportunity to be kind despite not being treated well. And I'm just so grateful for him.
