Was at Albertsons on Lomas getting some money orders and the lady was so rude. Treated me like I was an inconvenience to her bad customer service. She really needs to work on her customer service no matter how she feels about her job. It’s too bad that Albertsons doesn’t review these employees that have these attitude issues but the donuts were great. I can admit that one. RUDE EEE

Make sure to check the expiration dates of the food products you buy, it has been twice now that I have accidentally bought expired food from this Albertsons.
/ 25 changed my rating to 1 star. I bought bug infested lettuce. It’s on me, I should have taken a closer look at the produce. But shame on Albertsons for shelving it.

If you want uber or anyone to use your store then why do you not allow self checkout
Yet only have one register open at all times
And have 9 employees up front just talking and never working or opening another lane when there's a huge line because of dumb rules
Your the only Albertsons to do dumb backwards rules
Get it together or hire someone who can .
Checkout shouldn't be 30 minutes or more every single time

Sign says any meat cut any way you want it. Butcher refused to do 3# tenderized in larger, fresher cut than was available. The prepackaged meat was a couple days old and didn’t look appetizing. Customer service has been in the decline at this store for a while and it is always dirty. Time to try smiths I guess.

Got accused of not scanning my items when I clearly made it clear the rude self check out lady I was doing two separate transactions. I will never shop here again!!!!! Hire more friendly people that want to have better customer service! I didn’t get her name but she was rude!!!! If you don’t trust customers close the self check out !!!! I was so upset I didn’t even continue scanning my items and food I was going to make for dinner!!!! Horrible customer service and people harrsssing you ….. the only good service I had was from the cart pusher guy
