I initially started coming for the exercises. I found so much more. This is a holistic approach and a good focus on myself and how to appreciate oneself. They help work through the classes taking into account any limitations present. This helps me to know I really can do things. I continue to grow in every area.

I joined Body & Brain not knowing what to expect. The instructors are great and the classes are fun and challenging. I am very happy that I joined Body & Brain and I’m looking forward to continuing my membership!
