Driver Fidel promised to reimburse me for damages he caused to my floor and then refused to pay me. He told me not to file a claim so it wouldn’t be on his record. He was dishonest and unethical. Warning ! Do not to use this moving company if assigned driver Fidel. He also never weighed my load even though he was reminded by the moving coordinator and myself several times. I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism and honesty. I lost money because of their deceit. Allied Customer Service has not replied to my claims request or complaints.

Goods picked up on 5/12 and delivered to Colorado Springs. Antique desk was dismantled and damaged. Claims dept. dragging legs and still haven't sent an adjuster.

Nice and friendly. Got in and out less than 30 minutes. But no over night parking. There a building next to them you can park over night. They may come out around 7am and ask if your delivery to them

I recently moved from ABQ NM back to Boston and because it was a small move I had to do a consolidated move. NEVER DO THIS. There were things left behind which I was not aware of till I unpacked all of my things on the East Coast. I made a claim requesting reimbursement for the lost items, and two months later was told that all items on the check sheet list had been checked at the time of arrival. Thus, they would not honor any part of the claim. Everyone knows how hectic it is on both moving and delivery dates. EVERYONE. So while I was told by the ABQ office to file for the items which were left behind and therefore never on their checklist, these items were not covered in a claim because of their claims list requirement system. Moreover, because all boxes had been checked there was no part of the claim they would cover, even though a few boxes went missing, including a box with prescription meds. This was incredibly costly, especially in light of being a consolidated move. So in addition to the moving cost, I then had to pay out a couple of thousand to replace the items never picked up and for the items in boxes that were missing. A catch 22. Any item that is listed in the packed/picked up list, one that you do not personally generate but must sign for upon pick up as well as upon delivery, will not be reimbursed via a claim. It's a tight system that they have in place, and one that protects the mover, not the person being moved. I will never use Allied again. And would caution anyone else who needs to move. #alliedvanlines #alliedmovers #alliedmoving

Allied moved me from NY to NM in 2005 and in 2021 I'm using them again. Very polite and careful movers. The packers was a husband and wife that wrapped my dressers paintings and glass shelfs so professionally. We fed them Dion's pizza for lunch!

Got moving supplies, a bit pricey, but for the amount of boxes, packing paper, bubble paper, tape etc it's probably the cheapest to buy all we did buy.

horrible. they had 3 weeks to satisfy the contract and still did not deliver on time. 2 days late and they rejected my claim for the cost of a cheap motel. it was only 700 miles to move my stuff and they constantly made excuses as to why there were multiple delays. In addition to refusing my claim for breach of contract they also ignored damages to some of my furniture. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!

The worst moving line you can use. They lost or stole many things of mine. I moved from Albuquerque to Missouri. They brought a small truck to my house and couldn't get everything in. They then took that truck to their office and transferred things into a big truck. I lost boxes, table, lawn tools, box of books. Christmas decorations, kitchen articles and on and on. Their customer service stinks. Client's beware. Choose another line to move your valuables.

I had Albuquerque Moving and Storage Co deliver a stove to my house. The workers were very professional. The drivers were very safe driving through our street. My wife and I were very pleased with the service.

The drivers of these trucks are very aggressive, tail gate other drivers and drive recklessly while speeding on the interstate. Incident occurred on 2/4/20 southbound on I-25 approaching I-40.

The employees at the office have no customer service skills. They are rude and unhelpful when I asked to speak with someone else she tells me she is the only one in the office I told her I can hear someone in the background than she told me she is not the only employee working there. She refused to transfer me to her supervisor said Jose was not in the office. Then she hangs up on me and tells me to call Home Depot because I said I need someone to come pick up this ****. If she can not de-escalate the problem then get me over to someone who can, and she refused to get me over to someone else. All I needed was to move the pick-up and delivery to a date I was already schedule for but all she said was not available although I am scheduled for that day. There was a mistake on my schedule and they refused to help.

This place uses the "Allied" brand name. My parents just moved from NM to AZ. Not only did they take 14 hours to load their stuff, but they then lied about the type of truck that would deliver their items. When the truck showed up in AZ, it was a smaller truck, with only HALF their stuff. Then, my parents got the second half of their stuff 4 days later! They agreed and SIGNED for ONE delivery date, and that was not fulfilled. When my parents called, they basically said "**** happens". Don't use this company, the management is dishonest.
