I love Anthropology! It’s where I get all my glassware & kitchen pieces. However I’m definitely not a fan of this location. I thought it was a one time issue but every time I come into this store, I’m not greeted, I get followed around & stared up & down & it’s not like I can’t see them, they’re mirrors all around! And it’s usually the same older women every time I come in. Working the register, staring. It’s a very uncomfortable environment if you’re not Caucasian. I would recommend just ordering online or shopping elsewhere.

Once again Anthropologiedisappoints. I waited months for an item I needed for a bath remodel...I waited patiently, then they cancelled the order without notifying me of a problem which easily could have been rectified.. Beware- Anthropology disappoints!

I rarely come here because it’s so expensive, a predominantly white store. Felt out of place being Spanish especially the women at the register making me feel uncomfortable. Won’t be back.

The desperate old hag at the register with black glasses was an unbelievable B! She mocked and laughed at my Mother just like she was in H.S. She also didn’t like that I only spent $14 so she didn’t think I deserved a bag. Pathetic, that Anthropologie allows this and Customer Service hasn’t done a thing when she is clearly a problem!!!

Beautiful looking items but quality of clothing was questionable for the prices asked. Poor service, 7 employees working, none would assist. Better luck shopping at Target.

Well I’m so excited to get my furniture but has been at a warehouse for a solid month and since I live in a remote area, can not giving me an expected delivery date. The shipping company they use has to wait for a full list before they can even schedule it. It’s sitting in a warehouse 3.5 hours from me with no delivery date in sight. Frustrating ! It’s not like it’s cheap to buy from them. This is Not what the delivery showed when I purchased.

Love the product, the customers service not so much...RBF is not okay when the prices are premium, the 2 older blonde associates seem to pick and choose who gets a smile and a greeting. The younger ladies are a bit warmer.

They had cool options for clothes for women and home decor(at crazy prices), but when I walked in with my fiancee the staff here was very indifferent toward us (not asking for smiles and a million questions) and the atmosphere in general of the store is super uppity. Even the people shopping here (I understand we were here too) seemed to think so highly of themselves. I'm sure this is why online shopping has become so prevalent so that you don't have to deal with gross poeple

I always have such a terrible experience here. Rude employees who treat people differently based on how they dress. I will not be returning. To the lady in white heels and a dress, I’m sorry I just got off work and have a tshirt and dirty jeans on. I returned something and was kind and expected an offering of help or information. She just scanned my order paper and handed it back and walked off...maybe I wanted to buy something else or needed help...terrible entitled, women. I also came on my birthday last year and was profiled then but tried to give this place another shop. Do better

It's a big and beautiful store, but I agree with the other like three people who complained about the lack of friendly service. We were followed around and one associate literally stopped in her tracks when she saw my kids and made sure they weren't going to touch this furry-rug like thing hanging. I let them touch it and audibly said "be gentle " to kind of assuage the associate's fears. Not sure what she was afraid of as I, their mother, was standing right there. It was funny bc at first I thought she was going to say like "hi" to the kids or whatnot, but nope just had the sternest look at them...and us adults!
