“I've been ordering glaze from these guys for about 11 years now, in the beginning with good results. They have a wonderful huge selection of glazes and the shipping is as reasonable as you're going to get. The past few years of orders have had mistakes or especially glaze exploding during shipping. I just spoke with Brant the owner who has assured me this has been resolved but was due to staffing shortages, etc. which I do understand. There was also an issue regarding emails not being read or even looked at, which has also been addressed.”

The place relies on donations and puts them to great use. This is an awesome resource to better our community and keep our kids off of the streets. Support this place at all costs. “My son was gifted a poster for Christmas that was made out of canvas. I was able to take the poster in to hobby lobby and was helped by a kind woman, she sized it correctly and actually glued the poster on a foam poster board and put it in a frame we chose for like 30 bucks. 10/10 would go back and get this done again”

“Let me start off by saying that this review makes me sad....
The 2 people working were absolutely wonderful. Very clean store. I was in and out in 2 minutes. They even have handicap parking!
I needed a fine tip white paint pen which they had. They even explained how to use it!
Unfortunately the pen is garbage. It was pricey for what I usually get but I hate the Walmarts in Albuquerque so I came here.
I have not reached out or tried to return the pen.
Sometimes when the people working are amazing, the store is clean and well maintained, but the product sucks it makes writing reviews hard. 4 stars for the amazing people, 3 for the pen.”
“Lots of messes this time but it is usually organized. Ready for the new year so it is understandable. Suggest night stocking? Not enough employees for check out Saturday and Sunday. Staff is going down on customer service only one person actually walked me to what I was looking for. So more old school staff training like that would be welcome”

“So I came into the store. The manager was sweet. But when you ask employees for help, they get very irritated and aggravated. The only reason that I gave this location for stars is because of the sales and also because of the cashier Thomas, he had amazing customer service. So helpful when I went to check out and ask a question. Went above and beyond to get the answer like I said because of him. This store received 4 stars. I definitely think the employees need to learn how to be more helpful. And not get so mad. When customers ask questions as that is what they get paid for to help. Otherwise, this sword would have received five stars”
