Very disappointed with Ashley furniture. We purchased our furniture several pieces might I add and had to wait a significant amount of time for its arrival. After this wait we picked up our furniture and insurance was purchased for our piece of mind. Our “new kitchen table was assembled and there were some manufacturers defects to chairs. The table wasn’t as sturdy and the chairs, one didn’t have the proper fill in the cushion and the other chair had the factory holes drilled improperly. I didn’t report it within 24 hours because I have a busy work schedule but Ashley wouldn’t work with me regarding these defect. POS If you ask me. I still make payments for defective furniture. Go elsewhere people not even the insurance I got was I able to use.

Make sure you read your receipt when purchasing things because they like to sell you the wrong Furniture. SwindlersRipping people off this place sucks. I will never purchase from them again. Scammers

I received my order a few days ago. There is a nick on one of the chairs but don't believe it was due to handling. I will be getting a replacement. I was very impressed with the efficient and friendly service of your delivery people. I would certainly order from Ashley again.

Friendly staff was very helpful in choosing my selected item. The only thing that was a little strange was I had set up delivery with the associate in store and ended up getting additional call and text to set up a different date. Hopefully my furniture comes in one trip instead of two lol

I bought a vanity for my daughter for Christmas. We received it before the holiday and it was gifted to her on Christmas day. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for her so I attempted to return the item unopened in the original packaging. I was not requesting a refund but a store credit to purchase a dining room table and chairs. They would not accept the return and chose to lose a larger sale and a customer instead of taking the item back unopened and unused. Awful policy and garbage customer service. They made no attempt at rectifying the issue. This is even after purchasing a sofa and loveseat just last month and plans to continue furnishing my home. I will not buy from them again.

BEWARE, THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. I have a 5 year warranty, that is set to expire next year. I have a chipping table and a chair that is now useless as the wood piece that supports one of the legs completely cracked in half. I tried contacting them for 3 Mos before someone finally admitted there was an issue at point of sale. I have a receipt that shows I've paid and have a 5 year warranty, and they will not return my calls. To date, I've placed 34 calls, and the only thing they'd offer was a refund on the warranty. What am I supposed to do with the $1600 broken and chipped table??? I asked for a better resolution as that was unacceptable, and they needed to take responsibility for their screw up. She said she'd call me back and never did. I even called corporate 5 times after this, they ignored me. I went into the store and watched the manager place a formal request. They still NEVER called me back. Shady shady business practices, and now I'm left with a $1600 POS. I will definitely be canceling my card with them. I've literally furnished my entire house with Ashley, and this is how they treat their customers. Run!!!

If they had customer service, I could rate it. The wrong couch was delivered and it's nothing but finger pointing as to responsibility. If they ever resolve the issue, I may be able to upgrade the rating but as of now we're heading into week 2 of zero resolution. Please also know that THEY DON'T POST THE STORE PHONE NUMBER. Nothing but run around nonsense.

We had a great experience. The sales person, Anastasia, gave us guidance and plenty of time to make our decision. She was informative and we knew were in good hands. We can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive!
