Security guard will hover over you while you're shopping and say they're just doing their job and try and make you leave and argue like they own the store when you ask them why they're hovering over you. 4/1/2025 @ 3:50 pm

As I was enjoying my shopping, I overheard a staff member yell profanity about having to do a task well within her job title to a male coworker and the security guard. Curiosity got the best of me and I started listening and realize that they then were talking about two kids and them hoping that they get hurt and pre-planning on going and confronting the two kids. To which I ask, ( because my kids are around the store looking for bedroom decor), if they are two girls? They say yes and as a mother, I asked why would you say something about a child like that? I found the manager And told her about how her employees were talking about her having to do their job and then brought up what they said about my kids and the manager looked at me in the eyes and said “ I said that about your kids”. As a previous manager in my work experience, I hope you get the proper training and I hope that you become better so your staff can become better. As for the security guard, especially in that area, I would get a new one. She seems to only worry about driving the handicap carts in the store and vaping out front and bullying kids. Needless to say we are sticking to online shopping. This was our first and last experience. And as they told me “I hope you have the night you deserve” do better! Maybe they just were just tired… who knows but it was unacceptable.

Were mean and rushing me and my husband. I understand after a long day wanting to go home but it was not an enjoyable experience. Lost a very loyal customer, disappoint in the AtHome team.

Sad to say this used to be a favorite spot for me and my wife but not after today. We came in to look around 20 minutes before closing but the whole time we didn’t feel welcomed. Entered with the employees letting us know that we could only look for 15 minutes and hounded us the whole time giving us the timer 10 minutes 5 minutes 2 minutes and eventually just told us that they open at 9 in the morning. Making us feel like we couldn’t enjoy our shopping we had to leave empty handed. We understand closing time and would never over stay our welcome but when you have a time your open till you are supposed to help the customer till the end. Seriously never going back.

Basically just a big version of the homegoods section at Target, prices included. Clearance items aren't much of a steal like you would expect. Lots of items to look at, mostly very generic in terms of style. Some items have odd prices, like this very thin wooden trellis for $50 that feels like it would break if you sneezed on it.

Great store with a huge selection of home decor, furniture, and seasonal items. The variety is impressive, with something for every style and budget. The location was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse. Overall, a cool place to shop for home essentials and unique finds. Definitely worth checking out!

Super cool store, some price's are ok, a lot of selection, they get a 1 star due to customer service, more than half their store is on clearance, but if someone misplaces something in the wrong place, don't expect customer service to make it right, they'll tell you, oh well. I had a run in with that. Caled the manager Lisa and she basically said she's not going to discount something that's brand new, That she doesn't care if someone put it in the wrong place. So instead of spending $300 in that store, I only spent 60,

Horrible customer service. Bought a shelf that’s was completely busted On one side. Call them they said I could take a picture and bring it down and when I got there. They told me I would have to bring the product in when I had a clear picture of the damage.
Products are cheaply made. I have had pillows that have falling Apart within a month.
No staff working one person working check out.

Mixed reviews of AtHome. On the plus side, there’s always so much stock available for cute and useful household items, that you would normally have to order online or wait to ship. They also have good sales and tons of options available because of the store size. I’ve been coming to AtHome for many years for that reason.
On the downside, they cannot seem to figure out the checkout line procedure, and it changes every time I go into the store. I’ve never seen more than one register open, which means things are usually slow going. I don’t mind waiting except for the fact that the security staff is almost always grumpy and gives conflicting directions on where to stand while you wait. I’ve been told to stand at the back and wait to be called down to a register, I’ve been told to go line up right at the register, I’ve been told to stand in a (different) entry area and wait to be called, a line of customers I was in was yelled at for standing too close too each other and, most recently, I was waiting in line when a security guard pulled a “Line Starts Here” sign out from behind a register, placed it down behind me, and told me to go back around, get in line again, and get behind it.
It’s always such a bizarre and inconsistent experience, and there’s no way of knowing what any guard on any given day is going to want. It’s especially strange since everyone waiting to check out is a paying customer who is trying to give the store their money. Overall, I’d say to come here if you don’t want to wait for Amazon to ship something or need a niche item that other home decor stores don’t sell, but be prepared for someone to yell at you when you try to check out. Otherwise, probably worth going somewhere else!

No stars. Absolutely atrocious. We bought and paid for a mattress to pick up for a young lady in need. I was hit by a drunk driver on the way to the store. I called and told them I would have to come after I get out of the hospital in a couple of days, unless I find someone else to come get it for me. Went to pick it up….they sold it to someone else. And said they “released the hold” but instead….they charged the card for the full purchase. Then when I was asking questions, the lady just kept saying “I don’t know” never IM SORRY LET ME FIX THIS FOR YOU IMMEDIATELY like any normal customer service person would.
Don’t go here, ever.
