Went for bit. Unsatisfactory physical therapy exercises. Was an immediate drop in rating when I learned Ms. V knew NOTHING about my injury and hinted she felt I was a liar. Wouldn't recommend the location for PT. For some comedian personality workers, this is the place, on the other hand!

I could not get treatment because the therapist (Christopher at the Central location) who was using needles to relieve the pain in my back took my moaning, in pain, as something sexual. It was offensive to be treated this way when I have a broken lumbar spine, three bulging discs and a torn disc from a car accident. It's a painful treatment to get needles, but it is the only thing that really brings my pain down from an eight to a six. Not only am I unable to get the treatment that I need, I have also been treated like a sexual object rather than a patient that needs therapy.

These guys are great. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. There's lots of equipment for all kinds of health issues.

Kevin was great! I felt good afterwards the next day, most of it, his massage made my neck feel a lot better, however, I was not happy with Nicole, sad to say,I was overworked and the massage was too light and no good, I couldn't wait for her to be done, also her perfume was making me sick, since I have a sensitivity to perfumes, and I was in very bad pain and still am from it, with a bad headache

I work hard but the results are worth it. Everyone is friendly and supportive as I work to attain achievable results. Excellent and knowledgeable staff.

I've worked with a couple of the therapists here now and they are fantastic! This is my first time in physical therapy and I wasn't sure what to expect. They walked me through the process and calmed my nerves. They pushed me the right amount without overdoing it. Also, they're very personable and fun to talk to during PT!

I'd say closer to 3.5Everyone is friendly. It's easy to get on the schedule. But it's very casual. So casual it almost seems sloppy. Most employees seem like they just rolled out of bed and came to work. They rarely ran on time so it seemed normal to have to wait. My sessions were usually only 30 mins max- that included warm up, few exercises with PT and heat at the end. Treatment was just okay, nothing crazy or greatly improving for my injury. Also on my last of 6 sessions I was solicited for a device from a rep who had just been hanging around watching my session. If I needed PT again, I don't think I would go here.

I’ve been to other PT in the City and I really enjoy. ATI it’s comfortable the worker’s are all very friendly my PT Lady is awesome she is real nice knows what she is doing exercising my shoulder. Thank you Lucy

Everything is explained so that you understand why you are doing the exercise and what the effect will be. The techs are solicitous of your health and make sure you are not in pain and are hydrated.
