Overall, my experience was good, not really good or excellent, just good. There’s always room for improvement when it comes to protocols, procedures, and customer service. In my humble opinion, this store needs to improve on all fronts to fine tune their service and to be upfront with their customers on how long the work they need to do will take, from the time customers walk in.

Derek or Derrick, I am not sure of the spelling helped me the week before Christmas get a new phone. I had broken my Samsung and was interested in switching to an iPhone. He was extremely patient with me and went over all of the options I had multiple times. He never once rushed me or was anything other than extremely helpful. I never leave reviews but I really appreciated this experience, especially because technology can be overwhelming and expensive.

We’ve been AT&T wireless customers for over 13 years. During that time we’ve had plenty of good customer service and occasionally some not-so-good service. Last week we had our most challenging request to date as we transferred the majority of our dozen phone and tablet lines from our personal account to a new business account to better serve our growing small business. Gabby King was hands down the best sales consultant we’ve ever worked with at AT&T. She made the complex process as easy as it could be, patiently navigating multiple levels of account changes on our behalf. As a small business owner, I appreciate the value of competent, professional customer service. Thank you Gabby!

I recommend this AT&T store for great customer service! My sales associate was Aaron R. and he did a really great job of selling me a new iPhone 15 and answering every question I had! I am from ND but was vacationing in Albuquerque; my daughter was assisting me in the purchase of a phone and found this AT&T location to go to. We were greeted immediately with a smile and a “how can I help you” attitude. Aaron went above and beyond to find the right phone and accessories for me, anticipating exactly what would be the best fit for me. He didn’t rush us through and was genuinely wanting me to be happy with my purchase. I would give more than five stars if I could because such fine customer service is hard to find anymore these days! Thank you so much; I can’t say that I’ve had the same experience here in ND.

Valerie provided excellent customer service. She is caring, compassionate and just overall was a lovely person to talk to. She made my visit to the AT&T store very pleasant!

Yesterday, I went to the AT&T store on Holly Ave but they didn’t have the model I wanted in stock. While I was there, the sales rep told me that I would get $600 for trading in my phone. I left and went to this store. The sales rep (Derick) told me I’d get $600 for my phone and they had the phone I wanted in stock, so I made the purchase. The phone was going to take 5 hours to transfer my data (it’s a 256 GB iPhone with barely any empty space) and Derick told me I had 14 days to make the trade in of my old phone, so I took my new phone and the old phone and transferred my data at home.When I got home, I noticed that I had an email receipt that indicated that Derick had added “Protect Advantage for 1” to my account, which costs $17/month, without informing me or getting my consent. I was able to work with AT&T’s customer service to get this removed from my account.Today, I took my phone in to complete the trade in and was told that I would only get $300 for it. The sales rep (Daisy) said they’d have the store manager contact me to decide what to do. I told Daisy that I was going out of town tomorrow and I was also told that I actually have 30 days to do a trade in, they just like to say 14 days to make the customers hurry up.So my sales rep Derick 1) lied about how much I would get for my phone 2) added a $17/month charge to my account without informing me or getting my consent, and 3) lied about how long I have to complete the trade in.Daisy did say that Derick is new, but that doesn’t explain the sales rep at the Holly Ave store also told me I would get $600 or excuse charging me for a monthly fee without informed consent. I’m currently waiting to hear back from the store manager about getting the $600 I was promised.

Valerie was super helpful and finally got my phone working. I had gone to another store and spoke multiple times to someone online and on the phone and she resolved the problem within 15 minutes of being in the store. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. Overall excellent experience.

Went to at&t and talked to Mari she helped explain my bill in detail and made sense of it. She also talked to me about cheaper plans and other services att offers she’s great help highly recommend her services.
