The guy was very fast and helpful, but was borderline rude and disrespectful. He was condescending and talked to us like we had never had phones before. There was an issue transferring the eSim and he fixed that very fast but was kinda rude about it.

Need a real good salesperson with knowledge real depth knowledge ask for Katlyn she has the real answers and can explain it in real terms.
I love AT&T service for the mountains I live we have range all over.
Thanks for having her she was of great help. I feel better having switch just never by through anyone but store folks.
