My wife and I stopped in and we were immediately greeted by Terry. We explained what we were looking for and he showed us our options. We ended up with an amazing Q7. Terry was very patient and extremely helpful with the purchasing process. 10/10 experience and I will be visiting him again when it’s time for another car.

I hate the car sales environment but Terry overcame my trepidations and concerns and made this one of the most pleasant experiences imaginable. The service department handled many deferred issues on our 2014 A6 TDi with such professionalism that I felt confidant in buying another Audi as well as having them service it. I even bought a 5 year service contract, which is a first for me, but the prices offered were extremely advantageous as well as we were guarranteed a loaner.

Trish Chavez is a true car enthusiast and she really appreciates the vehicles that she deals with as much as we do. She’s respectful, easy to talk to, and just a pleasure to do business with.Jeff Sisk is the most thorough German car technician I have ever met. Excellent service. Very personable employees. Gave me a ride home promptly. But they did not wash my vehicle upon return as promised otherwise I would give them five stars.

Stopped by at 5pm to look at a new A5. They did not have one available. I was taken a model comparable in the showroom, given the key and basically was left there to figure out myself. The salesman totally ignored us not sure why, the place was not busy. If that’s how this dealership treats you when you want to buy something from them I hate to see how they treat you after you give them your money. Will not be back.

Audi Albuquerque helped me immensely while on a road trip! Driving my Audi A3 e-tron hybrid from northern Colorado to Tucson, AZ I had a very specific issue arise with the coolant fluid tank for the electric batteries. They were able to get me in the following morning, assessed the issue, took care of it and had me out the door in under an hour! And they didn't charge me which was so amazing! Thank you Audi Albuquerque!

OMG!! To get any service done here you have to book about a month in advance. Really, are they that busy? No! They want paid services before warranty services. I have to say Audi of Albuquerque is not customer oriented as they say in the commercials. I think it is outrageous to wait almost 30 days for a warranty appointment. Beware!
