“Amazing selection of any gear your looking for! Gloves, helmets, jackets, pants, batteries, small parts, communication, ect this is your stop! I bought a Cardo Bluetooth helmet communication system and was guided to the perfect one by the employee. I also bought a couple pieces of Hotwire electric thermal gear. Jacket and pant liners... All at a very reasonable price. Same if not cheaper than anything I found online. As I was hardwiring the thermal gear to my bike in the parking lot, (this was required for the gear but is way better than battery. No need to change! And I was super toasty on my late evening 75 mile ride home in February.) the kind employee installed my Cardo on my helmet. He then came out and helped me finish my install as I was having a tiny bit of trouble. It saved my day as I was running late to my godson's hockey game. Super satisfied and ready to ride my new KLR650 in any weather with confidence, warmth, and with tunes!!! Definitely come see these guys. I wish I remember the employees name who helped me but everyone was great!”

“Jonathon Guzman was ready for us when we walked in. He pulled up our info and confirmed everything. Service was completed in about 3 hrs from drop off. We were sent a video of what was done and completed. Pick up was just as easy as drop off. No stress. No hassle. They even washed our vehicle. Jonathon was professional through the whole process. Spoke with one of the gentlemen sales reps (forgot his name). He was very friendly and nice to talk with. He offered us the great coffee you serve in the lobby. I called the shop, talked to Sam, and immediately felt at ease. “I dropped off my car at Loid's Collision Center on October 15 to have my front bumper repaired, and as of October 29, there has been no progress or clear communication.
I've called multiple times and left several voicemails, but rarely receive a response. On the few occasions someone does answer, they don't seem to know the status of my vehicle.
I've tried to be patient, but the lack of communication, updates, and organization has made this process extremely frustrating. I truly hope this turns around and ends up being a great experience, because I was genuinely excited to work with this shop after hearing so many good things and seeing that Lexus and other companies have highly recommended them. Unfortunately, so far, it hasn't lived up to the hype everyone made it seem to be.

They did a great job with the car, despite the circumstances, they were able to make it right, and get my car looking just as great as it did when it first came out of the dealership lot. Very pleased with the work they did, and can see why they are recommended by many people and dealerships. They did let me know about the lifetime warranty of the replacement part which was a great thing to have knowing I can rely on their craftsmanship. The situation as a whole was a thrill of a ride, but I am extremely pleased and glad everything got taken care of.”

“Working with Antonio was great he helped us look for the best rv we needed and wasn’t rushing us into anything and was giving us a good run down on all the available rvs and keeping our options very open showing us almost everything within our budget. After my purchase is where I have to complain I feel like after my purchase they weren’t answering my questions and much and they said they needed to keep the rv longer and reseal some parts but when we received it it didn’t look like it was. They advertise their lifetime warranty but not if you don’t finance through them I used a personal bank to finance and they didn’t give me a warranty unless I wanted to pay for it kinda upsetting. I would overall really recommend this place especially again Antonio he was the greatest part from all of this experience.”
