It is a good company, friendly and professional service, my engine light was on in my 2019 Ford PU. steel on the warranty. RICH FORD wants A $100. 00 for testing, and require that I leave the vehicle with them for three days. AutoZone employee, working in 98th Str. store. a young woman, did the test in 10. minutes and charge me nothing. Rich Ford 1 star, AutoZone 5.

Went there to get a superglue and a 12 volt double power sockets for my car, they were really helpful and quick to check out. I recommend checking their website to see the product you need before going to them.

This is the hub store for autozone. So they have all the parts you'll ever need.. The employee's are fast and friendly very helpful.

Everyone that touches my car, breaks something. I went into your store thinking I'm just wasting my time, but your employee, Justin, hopped to it immediately when I entered, found exactly what I needed and put the part on for me, while talking with me and explaining everything I needed to know about the part and took extra time to check on other things I'd like to get for the car. He made me feel so comfortable that when I drove away, I felt like turning around and going back. I will be asking for him everytime I go in there.

The price of oils has skyrocketed to $7.99+. Found a sign for Valvoline oil on sale (the sign said) $6.99 for any Valvoline product. Get to the register, cashier rings up $8.99... SMH. THEN SHE wants to argue with me about her sign... People are struggling enough without a bunch of price gouging...

Justin at the Zuni location was more than helpful w locating the correct front brake kit. He demonstrated excellent knowledge, patience and advisement. I left the store feeling very confidant w the parts ordered. I look forward to working w Justin for future auto parts for my vehicle. Much kudos to Justin.

Called for some push rods for a common chevy engine, i was told they had 16. I drive across town to find out they only had 4.....i was not happy make sure when you call for something ask for visual confirmation!

Horrible customer service by the store manager, Andres. Z.. this dude was a cashier when I went to go buy things to do maintenance on my truck I bought a air filter and a oil filter when I went to exchange the oil filter because I had one at home he gave me my money back. However, he did not give me the receipt back the next day I went to go change the air filter because he gave me the wrong one.. he asked me for the receipt and I explained that he did not give it to me when I came to exchange the oil filter he looked up the part and told me that was not in stock and none in any of the stores in Albuquerque. I asked if I could get my money back to look for this air filter elsewhere. He told me, since there was no receipt that he could not give me cash he could only give me a gift card, which is pointless… I’m not really trying to be rude but this guy doesn’t really think about what he does. AutoZone needs to do something about these type of things for being a manager. He’s really not professional.

I went in to get a free battery check and Anthony and Andres took care of me helping me choose the right battery and even installing it for me. I had a great experience for something so stressful. Wonderful customer service, knowledgeable and would recommend this location to others??

Other AutoZones said they don't close until 10. So we were sent here to this location. We show up at 9:10. An employee let in a white gentleman and locked the doors. He then would not let in the rest of us who were Native, Black, Hispanic, Mexican or any person of colour. The employee was also rude in the way he had spoken to everyone. More than 15 different cars have left because he would not let anyone else in.Please correct your times if you close earlier AND Hire better people.
