If I could give this AutoZone zero stars I would. My husband went to go get oil to change the oil to my car and when he got home a was getting everything prepare, he got the oil AutoZone gave him and it was used oil. Mind you the employee took it off the shelf and haded it him. My husband wasn’t even home 10 minutes how could he have changed the oil. He went to return it and they said no and the emporium who gave it to him said ( sorry my bad) and didn’t give him a different one. They put used oil on the shelf and sold it to somebody and stole their money.

Best customer service experience ever! I’m very impressed with the personalized shopping experience displayed at my visit to the Central and Eubank Autozone location. I brought in a return which was purchased online using points and a promotional offer that the store was having issues processing the return. The associate Mark Montoya took the time to troubleshoot and even went above and beyond to call customer service to resolve this issue. This would have taken me awhile to resolve this myself and another trip to the store to receive my refund. I really appreciate Mark taking the time to help me, far too often we see associates everywhere passing on difficult transactions to customer service instead of trying to help the customers. After this transaction he also personally fitted the correct spark plug socket I needed. Mark was very knowledgeable and personable which left me confident with my purchase, giving me a peace of mind knowing that I could always shop at Autozone for all my future auto needs. Overall, this Autozone location has a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service. Thank you again Mark I will be returning to this location because of your customer service!

I never had what just happened to me now at this store o brought an item in for return because I had called and asked if I could return the item and get cash back because my debit card that I used to buy it was turned off and they said yes when I got there I returned it and then the manager Manny said that it had been returned and I said no I went to the store where I bought it to return it they scanned it but they wouldn't return it because the card that I don't have it so I showed wm my recipe and he says he can do it and then starts accusing me of stealing it and then the other manager with white hair and a ponytail comes up to me and asked me for the product and then out of nowhere he just tells me to get out of there and never go back which and it says that I stole it off the shelf which I showed in the receipt in his face but he still couldn't comcomprehend and then the manager Manny comes up to my car threatening me saying he's going to beat me up and then punches my window I felt like calling the police for robbery and assault that's how bad it was. The picture is from his watch cutting me while trying to grab me.

Horrible customer service here. Sales rep complains about her coworkers to customers instead of helping the customers out to keep the line moving. No smiles, no greets, or may I help you clerk.

Everytime I come here the employees take someone that just walked in and not someone who has been waiting just to make they're job easier and not be polite to customers...I tried to tell the eldest employee my problem and he told me to call a manager...this place is very unprofessional and I'll be informing others to not give this AutoZone business.

Every time I go to AutoZone they either give the wrong part or I get someone who doesn't know what they are doing. Also prices on parts are more expensive and poor quality. Rather go to advance auto parts or O'Reilly's or Napa

Autozone has gone away from customer service and has gone to up-saling products. This is to give bonuses to the district and regional management and higher. If you shop at Autozone, make sure you get only what you want, not what they force.
