I didn't only feel uncomfortable going in with my wife Sunday morning to buy a brake light but I felt abused by Jovani,I will look for a way to seek legal counsel for his actions. He's the most rude individual in the auto part industry.

Lazy workers don’t even wanna do what they applied for… one simple battery charge they look say they can do it then I leave 45 later come back just to be told nahhhh I can’t, alright you could have told me before I left and walked around for 45 min then while I’m walking out he says if we had more guys! But there were 4 guys working at the counter just standing around no worries I’ll take my business else where!

UPDATE TO REVIEW BELOW: I just received a phone call (I submitted an online complaint regarding this directly to Autozone) today from the Regional Manager that the Autozone employee referenced about the 5-qt recycled oil limit. Yeah - he agreed that what the employee said was ridiculous and he stated that is NOT what the policy is and that customers can bring up to 5 - GALLONS at a time to recycle! He apologized and assured me that the policy will be made clear to the employees at that location. Modifying my rating from 1 to 5 for the immediate communication on a weekend!Long time customer of Autozone, however today was disappointed in an apparent policy change. Did two oil changes today and brought back two 5-quart containers of oil to drop off for recycling as I have always done. Employee told me they could only accept one and in addition they now had to take my name to log it (presumably to prevent me from taking the other quart to another autozone store?). He said I could bring the second one back the following week! Umm...What?! Seriously? I asked why the change and he only indicated it was a "recent change" by the "regional manager" and had no other explanation. Ridiculous. I was going to purchase other items but decided to just take the other 5-quarts down the street to O'Reillys who gladly took it (and stated they take up to 5 GALLONS at a time WITHOUT RECORDING MY NAME)! Went ahead and purchased my other items there. I dont understand why the change and why the need to record my information to accept the oil. Is Autozone not committed to recycling? What happens if a vehicle takes MORE than 5 quarts? They have to take multiple weeks/trips just to recycle oil for a single oil change?

Guy with a beard had a bad attitude wouldn't help me find what I wanted, he just pointed to where it was, I looked, they didn't have the shelves stocked and he acted like it was too much trouble for him to go get what I needed

Worst customer service ever by the Manger with glasses, rude and inconsistent with his services. His employees on the other are very helpful. He needs to get let go.

8/16/23 Went to Auto Zone to buy some tail light bulbs and a third light bulbs, they had the tail light bulbs but not the other. They told me which Auto Zone had them though and I was able to pick them up at another Auto Zone. Everything went well today with Auto Zone.

Disappointing this time. Not as helpful. The associate would rather stay behind the counter twiddling his thumbs, than step out and provide service. Heaven forbid he step outside to show you how to replace your wiper blades you just paid $37.00 each for. Apparently they have changed their customer service policies or practices and didn't alert the public!?

Horribe customer service. Was trying to exchange some wiper blades I purchased based on what the book in the store and online said. Blades were too big manager wouldn't exchange them without a receipt. Went to buy new ones and manager kicked me out of the store didn't want to help me find blades that would fit. Manager wouldn't give me his name. I know if this happened in my job it's not acceptable and should be fixed.

AutoZone has good parts at a good price so my one star rating isn't for Auto zone but how two employees attitude and laziness was something that I had never seen at AutoZone. I go in there because my service engine light came on and I knew AutoZone scanned it. I tell the worker I need a scan for the codes (older big Caucasian male with glasses ) and he looks at me , hands me the scanner and says "all you do is hook it up, you don't know how to use one of these?" and goes on to helping the next customer. So after burdening him to help me learn how to use it, I go to my car and scan it myself. I come back in and he prints out a paper of what's wrong and when I ask what the codes meant, what their suggestion would be, where I should take it, and parts I would need to fix these codes ,another rude gentlemen tells me "your car is old man, after a while it has codes so you need to go to a mechanic we can't help" with a terrible and rude tone. He hands me the paper and basically sends me on my way. I went to the one on candelaria after that and the young man in there was beyond helpful and nice. I shopped at AutoZone since I was a teenager I have never had an associate be that rude to me ever. I'll still continue to shop at AutoZone just not the one on Juan tabo solely because those two guys and the native lady who got upset and complained the entire time I asked her to recharge my battery.

Sadly I had to leave a star I would have actually left nothing this place has really went down hill I use to always shop here for all my car needs until today. I recommend a different location or O’Reilly’s.
