Currently trying to get a rental car, everyone in line unhappy and about to riot. People standing in line for hours with one agent at the desk. Not a seperate line for the preferred customers who come in and are able to walk right up in front of people who have been waiting hours. If you have a program like there should be another line to service them. Of course people are going to be upset. It's 1215am and it's going to be another hour or so before we get a car. Awful service. This poor agent working the desk should not be here alone.

We flew into Abq to pick up our belongings in storage so we rented a Budget truck to drive back to Florida. First stop was this budget office...I asked to use their restroom only to be told they didn't have public bathrooms. I AM A CUSTOMER!!! We spent $2,200 in their shop and I can't use a restroom????? The owner had all kinds of excuses as to why but ultimately let me use it! We get in the truck and head to our storeroom. THE TRUCK IS FILTHY!! Food, drink spills and drops on the ceiling!! I spent 45 minutes wiping the cab with Clorox wipes to clean it up!! So disgusting and unacceptable. DO NOT ISE THIS LOCATION!!!!

After renting from avis for several years now for personal leisure, business etc, this last experience has been worst experience ever! And I’ve been trying to reach out to someone for answers! HOW DOES A CAR THAT YOU PAID FOR GETS REPORTED STOLEN! I HAVE MY RENTAL AGREEMENT AND CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS TO PROVE I RENTED THE VEHICLE!!!!! I have made several attempts to speak with someone about this matter, at the local branch and on the phones and OMG talking to costumer at avis is really sad! I had been transferred a million and 1 times just because that was much easier for them to do rather than just saying I don’t know the answer to that let me try to find someone to help you! NO THEY JUS TRANSFER AND TRANSFER AND TRANSFER then finally my call is lost and I’m starting from the beginning! This makes no sense does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?

Avoid Avis/Budget at ABQ/Sunport at all costs. Despite having a pre-paid reservation, they were out of cars and only had a 12-person, cargo van available. This was after standing in line for 30 minutes. The staff were flippant and rude. Even the shuttle staff said this situation was common and to always go to Enterprise. Note taken .

This was my first time renting a car from Avis car rental The staff were very friendly great customer service. Will definitely come back to rent a car from Avis. Thank you for all your help and all you do to make my life a little bit easier?

We have to find another car rental place ended up at Avis they are hands-down one of customer service and vehicle choices at a good rate.
