Staff is friendly, always willing to help.Mireya is especially upbeat she goes above and beyond, she is efficient and caring. Recently changed my child's account from a child to Adult and she did awesome walking him through everything from setting up a savings account, his online account and walking him through it!

Only bank account I've ever had that doesn't nickle and dime me. They're awesome and efficient. Tellers are always nice. You can lock your card as well, which is an amazing feature.

My last two experiences at this location were horrible! On both visits, I dealt with the lady who sits at the far left end of the counter. On both visits my account was slightly overdrawn due to a new job and late paychecks. On the first visit, my account was overdrawn about $2. This lady seemed like she was scolding me and acted as if she was doing me a favor as she proceeded with the transaction. The second time, my account was approximately $150 overdrawn. She would not give me cash back but again scolded me and seemed like she was doing me a favor by depositing my check and not putting a hold on the check. I demanded my check back, went to another location, was treated politely and was able to complete my banking transaction.
