Please do not go to Nubia Gonzalez for help in fact please avoid this location. She is extremely unprofessional, she is rude! We went in for something so simple! Could have been done in 5 minutes, instead she made things worse! Please go to a different branch if you need help because they will not help you here!

I had a great experience at this branch. I was greeted right away and asked how they could help me. I was opening another account and Linda was very professional, and knowledgeable about what BOA has to offer it’s customers. Definitely 5 stars !

This is the third time I've had trouble getting into my safety deposit box. Lindsey needs to go to some communication classes. She told me she was the manager, why did her card say assistant manager. She said I had to pay $700 if I wanted to get into the box today Said I had not been there since 2018 which is entirely not right I was there several times in 2022. When I started questioning her she goes okay I got to do some research you can't even get into your box today okay thank you Lindsay At first she said oh I could get in and she says no you can't get in come on get it together Lindsay never did get in hopefully Melissa will please help me today. Lindsey was complaining about oh no one wrote anything about the POA and it was signed in 2020. The POA should have nothing to do with this box to begin with I've been a name on the box for 10 plus years and it's on the original card and that's what Melissa pulled the last time I was here oh I'm sorry she said I want to hear an apology from Lindsay. why does she tell me I've not been there since 2018 and the last payments were $75 a year and now they've jumped up to 250 and they're ready to drill my box but yet they didn't say I owed anything when I went and October of 2022. Please Melissa help me out, in fact you probably will remember me

It seems the computers are always down here. This has happened at least 4 times in the last few months. Go to the Coors and I-40 location instead.

So the kind woman up front said sorry you can't use the restroom she says you can drive around to Albertsons and use it there lol all the rest of the Bank of America is have restrooms you can use

Horrible bank. Went in to start a new account for bills only. Customer service was the worst at this location. Wasn't told that it would take a week for my check to clear until we were about to deposit. So I tell her no, I’m not going to deposit. She then told me it was like this at every bank when you deposit checks and banks have changed over the years. I have had an account at Wells Fargo for over 10 years. I asked about digital wallet where she told me to try it repeatedly and that portion of the app locked me out. I deposited my check myself using the mobile app when I got home and it was in quickly, not a week. I ordered a debit card, she set the PIN, got it in the mail and of course at the ATM’s, my debit card keeps saying PIN incorrect. Locked me out until midnight. Called customer service which makes you put in your ATM PIN and of course I entered the correct one because it let me through! Customer service couldn’t do anything. He told me maybe I entered it wrong at the ATM but I tried 5x. He said maybe it was the ATM..no because I tried several. How is it incorrect if the automated system let me in after entering the correct PIN?? He couldn’t help me put my card in digital wallet, said it was beyond his scope of work yet digital wallet tells me to call Customer Service. In the end he says “Im just a dumb guy behind a computer” so I disconnected. Im taking all of my money out tomorrow and closing my account. Your employees don’t know their a** from their elbow.

They are super lazy a few older ladies there are super nice and helpful but all the young ones are a joke!! I hope i see one out of work see if she like being treated like she treats all the customers!!!

Not sure why this branch has such bad reviews, I have had nothing but good experiences. Yes, sometimes there are long lines which take around 10-15 mins to get to the teller but this is normally around busy hours.

I hate coming to this branch. They’ll find any excuse to not cash a check or there’s always some kind of excuse as to why I can’t get my money.The Manager and the staff are always busy doing something else and there’s a line of 10 people waiting. Go to Coors and i-40 bank instead
