0. Extremely awful customer service. No knowledge of their own system and this bank as a whole has been open for one week and already allowed $180 to be scammed out of my account. No security. So if u wanna loose your money and get nothing but attitude when it comes to making a claim to receive the money THEY lost you, come on down. I have closed my account I suggest all other customers do the same.

Uneducated, slow, zero problem solving skills. They messed up my account twice. Weren't accountable. Do not open a account there. You'll be sorry you did.

I've been banking here a long time the maintenance fee of 10 is ridiculous I don't see what is maintained besides you guys taking money from clients then you put us n overdraft n gets you more money the banking hours keep getting cut back where it don't work out for working ppl this banking services have got worse also I ordered check's bout 4 weeks ago haven't received them yet your rep said 7 to 10 days the other one. Said 15 days customer service is not good calling customer service sucks get my checks here already

Service at this location is always so slow! Even before the quarantine! They only ever have one or two employees on site. I go to this branch only because it is 2 minutes from my house

Customer service is fine. There drive-through hours are krapp. There drive-through opens at 9 at the same time the lobby does, that means stop a lot of people who have to be at work by 9 cannot use Bing services or must do so on the weekends. When I went today I needed to deposit some cash and I have T use the ATM because the drive-through doesn't open this early. When I finally get there the ATM is out of service and I will have to find another branch even though I need to be at work by 9.

The people from here are not friendly, they are just there to warm a seat. When you tell them what you need and they dont listen to you but end up charging you fees. They need to learn how to listen to their clients and why they are there. Instead of helping me they gave me more stress and headaches. I really wish i could rewind time and never had walked into this branch.

Kent the manager is the RUDEST person I have dealt with at any Bank of the West banks. No one knows what they are doing at this bank. After we get our house, we may close our accounts with Bank of the west because of him.. NOT VERY HAPPY!
