About Bath & Body Works
This Bath & Body Works location is generally appreciated for its cleanliness and convenient layout. Customers find it easy to access, with parking available right in front, making shopping more comfortable compared to other stores in the area. The staff is often described as friendly and helpful, especially the manager, who is known for going above and beyond. However, some reviews mention that the team can be rude, clueless, or not very helpful at times. The store tends to get crowded during sales, leading to items being quickly picked over, though some customers choose to visit other nearby locations to avoid the crowds. Safety concerns were raised about a candle jar that became very hot when lit, with the label melting off, highlighting the need for safety improvements. Overall, shoppers enjoy the store’s accessibility and cleanliness but suggest improvements in staff helpfulness and product stock levels to enhance the shopping experience.

Why can I not find a simple candle anywhere in town? Do I really have to go to Walmart?! 🙄

This place has the items I ordered half the time. Other then that the customer service here is pretty good I had no problem with my pick up order.
