How is this a bank when they tell you the don't have enough money to cash my check and all of a sudden you need an account for a year to cash checks. The teller was doing her job right but the other lady doesn't even listen when you talk and interrupt you just to make fake excuses. Ran out of gas just trying to cash my check. If I knew they were like that I would have just deposited it on the app since you have to wait the same amount of time for them to release the funds whither you go in or do it on the app. No point in going into the new and improved bank with 1 teller. Very unpleasant experience.

Thay have 2 people who will great you at the door but only 1 teller to get your business done. Their new and improved boutique bank is worse than their old bank. I've had to walk out several times. ....but the greeter will wish you a great day on the way out.
I see that they responded with lip service to my review. Here's an idea.....why not just fix the problem?

Inefficiency of new building and customer service is ridiculous. Waited in line over 10 minutes while one teller, new teller at that which I’m not faulting, was the only one helping customers. She eventually started helping me while another teller did start helping the next in line. The set up is arranged that, while my teller worked at a back station and I stood at the only front teller desk available, the next customer had to come and stand two feet next to me. So there were 2 customers at one teller desk. I was NOT comfortable doing my banking so close to a stranger. Who thought of this idiotic set up? I have already had 2 other somewhat unfortunate experiences at this office but I can let those slide. I had hopes that this new office might help my general negative view of PNC but it’s only made it exponentially worse.

I had a horrible experience with customer service at this bank. I came in 15 minutes before closing just to get a new card, which I know only takes about five minutes. Unfortunately, they couldn’t assist me. I’ve had problems every time I visit this location. I recommend going to the downtown PNC bank; they are much nicer and far more helpful.

Uhg. They shouldn’t offer to get debit card printed there. The computer was down. It seems like this happens often as the teller said “ the computers are down again”. It’s the weekend and now I have to wait longer. This is not a convenience but a hindrance.

Beware! They advertise no fees...BUT charge FEES WITHOUT informing the customer... THEN I deposited a USPS Money Order And now i get a notice that they are 'Holding' HALF OF MY DEPOSIT... UNBELIEVABLE...This account will be closed ASAP! BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!11

wouldnt let me cash a check written by one of their members, and pay their 10 dollar fee,because the guy who gave me the check left the name blank for me to fill out. I asked the ladt, "so you're going to make me go to a different branch then? because I'm going to write my name here and that's what I'm going to do" and she said yes. what a bunch of lazy worthless Albuquerque brats

Never has change when needed. Waiting 40 minutes because they have one teller. Someone told me to make a call and have them make up the change order before I get there.... doing more work for them instead of them working for me. The branch manager in her office having a blast... laughing and joking. Unprofessional.
