First time at this salon & Eric gave me a beautiful cut. Easy to style. Friendly staff. Loved the experience. Definitely a Cut Above. I highly recommend.

I had connie, I told her my hair was thin and I didn't want any length taken off, more than a normal trim, as I was trying to grow it out FOR MY WEDDING. She proceeded to use a tool that left a whole section of hair directly on the top of my head, where my part is, chopped off within an inch of my head. I didnt ask her to thin anything, just trim the ends. I now have an entire strip of hair directly in my part that sticks straight up and I can't do anything with. She refuses to respond to my complaints and messages. Very unprofessional and now I have to figure out what to do with this disaster, not only daily but also for my wedding.

I removed my 3.5 year old dreadlocks a couple weeks ago and my hair was a disaster, tons of different lengths, frizzy, thin. I didn't think there was much hope for my hair and that bummed me out. But Connie at Beauty Essentials saved my hair!!!!She is MAGIC! She completely transformed my whole look! She did an incredible job and was so sweet and friendly. The whole staff there was so kind too!First salon experience ever, and they set a very high bar! Thank you all so much!❤
