I’ve been coming to this shop since 2006. I stopped in this week and Ryan did a full work up on my duramax. I’d been having multiple issues with suspension and codes. He got it all fixed same day! The service top notch and it was much more affordable than dealer pricing. Thanks so much guys!

Hello Bee-Line Automotive & Reviewer's. It was a blessing ?? to find this business. Ryan, was a book of knowledge & very honest to tell me what was going on with my 2012 jeep unlimited.Now listen to this! Recently before this I had my jeep @ another shop. They told me i needed a heater distributor box. This project was going to take 12 hrs, whichinvoled removing the dash. The total price was going to be 1500 with parts @ 385. Definitely had me very uneasy! So i got my Jeep out few days later & took it to Bee Line Automotive and talked to Ryan and told him my jeep problems. He said leave the vehicle & I'll call u tomorrow.Next day! Ryan called & said it was a simple blend door & didn't need the distributor heater box.Ryan saved my jeep dash from getting dismantled by some shop not knowing what they were talking about.??Thanks Ryan! I’m a single woman and the mechanic industry is one I don’t trust. I went to four different mechanical shops, and was quoted astronomical numbers with made up issues that they swore would resolve the issue. Ryan at Bee Line was professional,HONEST and straightforward with the process. Did a diagnostic test, replaced the part at a reasonable price and I was out of there in less than a hour. I will definitely be back in the future, as finding a trusted and honest mechanic it was like finding a unicorn! Thank YOU Ryan!

Just wonderful! Not only did Kelly schedule me quickly but Ryan did fantastic work and communicated with me every step of the way. Every aspect of my experience was stellar from the clean bathroom to excellent mechanical work! 10 stars if I could! This is my new mechanic!!

I recently went back to have my car serviced. I was tickled to see the new front office and feel the cool air-conditioning. The front staff was quick to greet me and helpful as always. I felt at ease and confident being back at my favorite auto repair shop again. The same guys are running the garage, they have earned my trust over the years.

Had this vehicle to two other repair facilities that couldn’t find the problem. I then took it to Bee Line Automotive and the problem was discovered and fixed the same day. I will only use Bee Line for future repairs!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Can’t say enough about this place. The people there are kind and talented. I went in to get my oil changed and while they were at it they fixed my brake light for only about $5. AND they refilled my windshield washer fluid for free! I didn’t even ask them to, they just did it. Will absolutely go back in the future.

Outstanding service!! Im new to town and a neighbor recommended Bee Line to me. So glad he did. I brought in an older car that had several issues. The mechanic Ryan was amazing. He diagnosed each problem and carefully explained what needed to be done to fix/resolve each issue and also what it would cost. After his repairs the car now sounds great and runs great! I thought the price was very reasonable. I know it would have been so much higher if i had gone to a dealership. So glad to know there is a friendly place in Albuquerque with highly skilled mechanics that i can trust to work on my car.

My name is Jonathan Bertanelli. I am an aerospace engineer with Boeing and owner of Anthem Holding Corporation in Albuquerque. Unfortunately I am compelled to write this "negative review" of the "current" Bee Line Customer Service. I was originally highly recommended to Bee Line a couple years ago and have spent several thousands of dollars on various repairs. I had primarily done business with the owner Mark McCullough and I had always received exemplatory customer service with quality auto repair and with direct acess to my technician regarding repaires with the highest standard of integrity. However Mark McCullough has retired and he has either sold the business to his son Kelley or he is now running the business for his father Mark.The current and future perspective customers of Bee Line should be aware the "integrity, access and customer service has severely deteriorated" under the current management of Mr. McCullough's son Kelley. Bee Line now has extremely poor customer service and intentionally refuses and ignores customer requests to discuss repairs or to directly communicate with the technician about current and future repairs. The integrity that Mr. McCullough had established for the past 30 years that marked Bee Line an exemplatory business has deteriorated to the point that I will not return to Bee Line for any future repaires due to the "current management operation of his son Kelley. I can honestly say that it's absolutely horrible that Kelley is destroying the previous exemplary integrity and customer service his father Mr. McCullough had built Bee Line upon.Since Mr. McCullough has retired the current business management under his son Kelley has deteriorated to the point that you have "only" direct access to the front office secretary at the customer service desk and you are now denied access to directly speak with the tehnician regarding repaires. Furthermore, when I call to speak to the tecnician about a specific repaire I am denied speaking directly to them and the secretary Renee advises that she will have the technician return the call and the techician never returns the call. The last two times that I had repairs done the technician stated the repairs were completed and they were not. This has now become a "pattern" with Bee Line and they have become synonymous with sub nom auto repair business and not the five star center under Mr. McCullough. In addition, the last time I was at Bee Line I requested to speak with Mr. McCullough's son about a future schedule repair and he refused my request and had his secretary Renee tell me that he will discuss the matter when I come in next.Then the secretary Renee "told me that "I can complain when I come in next." (Emphasis Added). There will be NO next time.This is definitely not professionalism or integrity no customer service to me nor any other current or prospective customer. With regard to myself this action will NOT be tolerated under any set of circumstances. As I indicated previously I have been a valued customer who has spent thousands of dollars with Bee Line. In addition, I had "given a $100 tip to the Bee Line staff for excellent service "when Bee Line was operated under Mr. McCullough before he retired. Bee Line under the current operation of Kelley Bee Line does not value their customers and intentionally mistakes them for kindness, weakness or stupity and is only concerned money and not providing quality repaire with integerity and customer service.Therefore, I strongly suggest and recommend that you find another five star auto repair facility in Albuquerque where you will be respected and valued customer and recieve auto repaire with integerity, professionalism and customer service.
