We all travel with our dog so we stay at Best Western. This trip we didn't but still stayed at BW for our first visit to Albuquerque. Our son was an inpatient at UNM. Not only were we picked up at the airport with their shuttle service we were within the 5mile radius of the hospital so we were taken and picked up daily for our 3 day stay. The breakfasts were hot, with a variety of food. The hospitality and service was the absolute best we have experienced. We put this stay at the top of them all. Room was very dirty hair in the bed the sheets haven't been changed and you can tell when you lift the sheets. I turned my flash on and all you could see what the sweat from previous people sleeping on the pillows. Very gross and upset their is hair in our beds and the room is just disgusting.also don't go commenting on people's reviews it makes your motel look trashy and yourself as well. Cesar was the name of the boy at the front desk. And for the record I did go and adress all these issues about the room being nasty before I wanned a balcony what does waning a balcony have to do with it all just shut up and give the customer what they want your not the one paying for the room . Don't come here unless you want bed bugs

I stayed at the hotel on my way to meet with family for Christmas. The room was very nice and the breakfast was acceptable. But there were some big negatives first upon check in I was told because I was checking in late at night it was policy that I would be charged a deposit. The desk person at night said it would be returned immediately upon check out so I figured no big deal and paid it. But my deposit was ran as a separate charge and as a purchase and when I checked out I was told it could be 10 to 14 days to get my deposit. That is ridiculously long as a charge can be reversed by inserting your card and refunding the charges Usually back in 24 hours or so. I stay at like 200 hotels a year traveling for work and that has been the case at all those places. After many days of waiting it took me opening a case with my credit card company to get my money back. I should have read the many negative reviews before checking in that mentioned the long times that deposits took forever to be returned. I would not recommend staying here if money missing off your card matters to you. I would definitely find another hotel to stay in the next time I am in the area.Rooms: Rooms were very nice

Absolutely love staying here. We ALWAYS ask for the Presidential suite. It has a jacuzzi in the bedroom!! It's always clean and the bed is comfortable. Great staff and they usually let you check in a little earlier. You also get a discount if you are a rewards member. Besides the shampoo and conditioner that are provided, they have makeup towelettes. Love this place.

The hotel was clean, safe, and the staff was fantastic. The hotel has a nice continental breakfast and offered a few snacks later in the day as well. We booked through Expedia and got a shuttle offer which was also helpful. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Albuquerque!

Had bedbugs and took pictures, asked receptionist they change my room, but next morning they said they will check for the evidence even though I showed them the picture and all the bad spots I have on my back and they said they didn’t find any bad bugs.Noteworthy details: Bedbugs

Woke up to find three bites on my left arm and a live bed bug near my pillow. I reported the issue at the front desk. The front office manager claimed that the room had been inspected by the pest control team two days ago, and no bed bugs were found. So disregarding my video evidence of the bug, he confidently stated that the room was completely free of bed bugs. Ironically, the recent pest control inspection was prompted by a previous guest reporting bed bug bites in the same room. The front office manager consistently interrupted me, ignored my video evidence and the bites, and challenged my identification of the bed bug, dismissing my concerns. They insisted that no action could be taken. Additionally, I observed the presence of hair on pillows and bedding, and even found an eyelash on one of the pillows. Personally, I am not overly bothered by such occurrences as they can happen in many hotels. However, in light of the bed bug incident and the unsatisfactory attitude of the front desk manager, I feel it's important to also mention the poor cleanliness of the bedding. I saw other reviews here for bed bugs and your responses to these reviews. Please stop questioning and blaming your guests who really experienced the bites and took pictures of the bugs. No pest control company can say they have 100% detection rate. We are literally the persons who got the bites and saw the bug from our eyes. Your bonded pest control company failed to find these little nocturnal creatures in day time doesn't mean they are not there and you can then ignore any evidence from your bitten costumers with bug pictures.P.S. To manager, just saw you replying to my friend's review claiming that I fake the video: Every picture and video can show time and location information. Review with pics and video is taking too long to public. I am leaving a text version first and if my other review with pics shows up I will delete this one.Again, in response to your response, I was NEVER asked to send photos to any email address. This is the first time ever you asked for these pics and video and four days have passed since I was bitten in your hotel. In your response to other review from my friend who stayed together with me, you simply asked for her email address to send the pest control report to. You claimed that my video can be taken in any hotel, and then gave her an email address in case we have OTHER questions or concerns. See? Again you are twisting the facts the same way you are twisting others' words under almost all negative reviews. I showed you the photos and video at the front desk. You were not interested in taking a glimpse at these evidence, but instead kept on interrupting me and claiming your hotel is 100% bed bug free. You didn't even say you will do another pest control inspection. I am losing confidence in directly talking with you. Instead, I am seeking help from other parties who will listen to my concerns.

Cecelia at the front desk is absolutely a gem! We were dealing with an unfortunate travel situation, and she completely saved the situation for us! She was so kind and efficient. Within 20 minutes, we went from struggling with complete uncertainty about finding a place for the night to checking in to a very nice room safe and sound! Thank you, Cecelia!! Fantastic stay at Best Western Airport Albuquerque, we were travelling from the UK to spend Christmas with the family and needed somewhere to stay as our flight arrived late in the evening. We utilised the airport pick up that was super convenient, arriving very quickly, the staff were all exceptionally helpful and polite. The rooms were great, clean and had all the amenities. Breakfast was provided but we did not partake, but I popped my head in and it looked good as a buffet style. We would definitely stay again, highly recommended.

My friend and I booked this hotel. She was bited by bedbugs. We took the video and showed to the manager,but they refuse to apologize and deal with the bedbugs.
