Matt helped me out on tge details then swapped the brakes to moto style. Also picked up a Garmin gps from them. So nice to have a great local shop.”

“Took my bike in for a shifter problem. A suggestion came up during the check-in inspection: you might want a new cassette and chain. Checked cone adjustments, headset and crank. Chain rings and derailleurs totally cleaned. Got bike back in a little over a week, looking like new. I did not realize how dirty it had gotten and the frame was completely cleaned up. Their tech taught me a little trick with the chain ring shifter. This was singularly the best bike service I have received since I was 8 years old and going to Hansen's Bicycle Shop on Monte Vista. Needed 10 stars to adequately review my experience. Thank you!”

“I called two wheel drive yesterday to inquire about hand cycles. A hand cycle is usually a trike adapted with a crank mounted above the handlebars and even an e assist if you're lucky. I am a SCI partial para "my legs don't work but are moveable. The person on the phone was polite and professional. He said they have worked on only one hand cycle in the past. I asked about building one and he just pushed rite past the subject telling me that the components are usually all hand made. I told him that I have a local aerospace machinist with a cnc mill that can make anything we need. He still would not even consider a build. I give 4 stars because after that he proceeded to give me various resources where I can find specialty parts to build one. That tells me that they have the resources to build a hand cycle but just don't want to do it. I can understand that there may be liability issues involved there and thank two wheel drive for being the best bike shop I called in Albuquerque concerning my needs. I felt like they really engaged with me and at least gave me some good advice.”
