Awesome customer service I had 2 tires that were flat due to a metal device in the driveway I was previously at unfortunately it was already 5 but I saw this shop still had ppl outside so I pulled up and right away they attended to me even tho I kno they technically closed already they didn't say sorry we can't help you no it was the other way around the Mgr CHAPO is awesome he showed compassion and professionalism and I would tell everyone go to this shop the tires I got were reasonably priced and I felt like they cared to get me back on the road. I REALLY ADMIRE THIS SHOP FOR HELPING ME LAST MIN. ST ( CORNER OF BROADWAY AND GIBSON)

These guys are fast and cool. In and out in 30 minutes. Four new tires and at a fair price. Big Star has been around for awhile. We need to keep local shops like these thriving. ?
