Highly recommend this Bikram studio. The owner and community are welcoming. The classes were beautifully taught. I've taken Bikram classes in many studios and this is one of my favorites. I will definitely come back when visiting ABQ in the future. Thank you!

Do not support Bikram yoga. I did until I found out Bikram has very serious criminal charges against him in this country. (Look it up) I will not give this man any more of my money and you shouldn't either. Why are you using his name if he gets nothing from it? That's doesn't sound right.

After taking many years off of my yoga practice I decided to take the leap and show up to Bikram Yoga Albuquerque. What a delight! The owner of the studio and the patrons of this facility are wonderful and welcoming. Which is HUGE when you've been you've been gone for so long! I am in such gratitude for landing back in a place that feels like home.

It is great to be back in the studio and part of the Bikram Yoga family again. Kristin and Jolene are simply kind and gracious. The new schedule with the 5 and 5:30 pm class options is certainly more accommodating and allows for a full day of work before dedicating 90 minutes to the practice.I like the Saturday and Sunday class times as well, neither too late nor too early! The studio and changing rooms are very clean. The lighting within the studio is perfect. It will take time to get used to the heat during practice but it’s worth the time spent given the mind/body benefits.

Poor customer service. Clean and visually welcoming studio but also notably clicque-y. You sign in with your face--they recognize you and that's it. I was mistook for someone that wasn't me more than once. I am a petite woman and felt as though I was unwelcome because of my body. Before March 2020 I practiced at this studio almost daily for a year but then the pandemic closed things down.I was not reimbursed for March, the first month doors closed during COVID, nor was I informed about virtual classes. Found them (Bikram ABQ) on social media and added myself to their mailing list to try and remain in the loop--I provided my email in studio upon initial sign up too. Practicing with this company began to feel like something I needed permission to do.My last email from them is April 6 and it does not inform me of updates or changes, just that there are classes available (somewhere at sometime for someone with a reservation). I hope they can open their doors again soon to everyone

One of the best studios I've practiced in. Heat, humidity, and ventilation system state of the art. The studio is immaculate! The owner is very professional and super sweet. Overall a very nice vibe from the other practicing yogis.

Justifiably hot, well coached by Kimberlin, polite and respectful fellow practitioners, body feels good, heart feels good, arm feels healed. I am definitely returning.

Great place but they need to change the name. Watch Bikram the Predator on Netflix. Horrifying

Bikram raped women clients in LA. He was held liable by a jury in LA. This shop in Albuquerque should be ashamed to carry his name. See Netflix documentary about him called Bikram Yogi Guru Predator.

Beautiful, clean and modern studio with showers. Due to an injury, non-related to yoga, I had to stop and start my membership several times. The owner was very accommodating. I know it’s sound crazy to most to want to pay to do hot 105 degree yoga in a hot desert climate! But for me it was the only way to actually break a sweat in New Mexico. Our skin is our largest organ and I felt like Bikram was the only way to keep that detoxification pathway moving. Plus if more people realized how great it makes you feel, more people would join and they’d be able to add more classes to accommodate different schedules.

A very welcoming yoga practice! All instructors are very knowledgeable of the poses and help you to get the most from your session- but with no pressure to be pose perfect- but to do the best you can that day. Come and give it a try!

I'm a Bikram regular and stopped into this studio while on a road trip. I had a great class- teacher was awesome, temp/humidity was juicy, and the other class takers were lovely and welcoming. I'll come back!
