Dose not answer the phones at all usually just hangs up on you called many times happy with the service and the company bad over the phone service no one answers

I am very frustrated with this local Boost mobile store. I visited this location in order to replace my lost phone by using the "coupon" I was sent by the insurance that Boost uses (Guardian) because rather than sending you a replacement they now send you a coupon for a set amount that can ONLY be used in-store at a Boost Mobile store exclusively, not online, not at Boost website, not at Target or BestBuy, etc. This of course is not the fault of this store but it is very frustrating that this is their policy now (Boost Mobile).After speaking with the gentleman at length about my different options we decided upon a new Samsung S23 and he stated they would have to order it because they do not keep higher end phones in stock in the store. He stated it would be about 10 days for it to arrive (and no, there was no way to get it sooner) which was frustrating since I had already been without my phone for about 2 weeks while waiting on the insurance to get back with me. I called two days before they said it should arrive just in case it had arrived a little early and was told by the girl who answered that they had not ordered any phones and so it was not arriving on Thursday....therefore it would be another couple of weeks for it to arrive. She said she would get in touch with the supervisor and call me back in 15 minutes and I never heard back from them.I have been a Boost customer for over 15 years continuously but am now going to switch to a different company. I am super frustrated with their lack of decent customer service and all of their changes since the buyout by DishNetwork.

Yes, they attended to me quickly but I have been with this company for 8 months and they told me that I had a 40% discount to buy any device, so when I told them that I was going to buy an s23 they told me that the discount did not apply to high-end ones. So I was very disappointed with this company to the point that I am thinking of changing.

Terrible customer service. I bought a wall phone charger for $28.04 which was suggested by your employee, Norma R, who informed me that it could be returned if needed.Upon arrival home, my daughter told me she had an extra charger. I attempted to return the new charger with my receipt in hand, to be told I could only get store credit! I'm a senior citizen & don't need any accessories-just my refund on my debit card. The lady would not budge even though it was her employee who did not fully disclose that info. I could've gone to Target or WalMart & bought 1 & returned the item with no problem.I've been a loyal Boost customer for over 5 yrs now but this leaves me very upset with your company. Maybe its time for Consumer Cellular

The Chic at the Boost Mobile, (next door to KFC, Louisiana & Central), really knows her stuff when it comes to using a cell phone! My hubby's phone was "clogged" so to speak, plus we both are just old ?, learning to use a cell phone is hard for us old farts (Tee Hee), but she got it going faster, cleaned it up great, and told him some basic things. ( Like don't download tik tok, it's got viruses, and people, some, ( not all mind you), beg for money). (And some, um... X-rated videos, web sites, carry bunches of viruses), So, back to Boost Mobile, the chick is fantastic with phones, and customer service, ie, great with customers.
