Their insurance terms are more of a hassle than a benefit. They sold me a lemon. The camera doesn't work, it is very slow you barely hear anything, it has no storage. They wouldnt give mea refund. It was an overpriced POS. The battery only lasts two hours charged. And they raised the monthly charge to $63 for something I don't want or qualify for. They are not too friendly

The boost mobile on Atrisco and central NW is always clean and the people who works there are fast and very professional. You don't have long lines and are very helpful.

I went to this store to pick up a new phone since the closest to me didnt have it in stock. hours online said they would be open from 11 am -4 pmwhen i arrived at the store is was closed with no sign explaining why, it was sunday january 2nd. ok yeah sure take an extra day off cause its 2 days after a major holiday but would it have killed you to put up a notice for customers?

I called beforehand at6:55 they close at 7:30 .I got to the store at 7:08 and they refused me even though I called them and told them I'm on my way WASTED MY TIME!!!! STORE SUX they sat inside laugh

I have to wait 24 hours to see if they can port over one of my lines. It's all good if by this time tomorrow it gets done. I like the phone I got but it really is awful to walk in and pay for two lines and after a hour wait only walk out with one phone that has service and one that doesn't. And having paid already for both.
