OK data plans poor costumer service I call the operator many times for about 30 minuets and no one answers and no one is still answering I am fine with the service but for crist sake people answer the phone I shouldn't have to call 10 plus times to get an answer and still not receive an answer

Boost mobile, as a whole, sucks. The offices are never open, customers service on the phone never understands why I’m calling and They sold me a lemon phone and told me I had to keep it and file a claim. And when I told him I was changing carriers after being with him for four years, they told me that I wouldn’t be able to take my phone to a different carrier for 12 months. But why would I take a broken phone to another carrier? It doesn’t work poor service all around goodbye for Boost. I’m moving onto Verizon.

If you already have Boost for your mobile phone provider definitely avoid this store. The first 2 times I attempted to visit this particular store there was no one there and the door was locked, lights off despite the fact that it was almost 2 hours earlier than the posted closing time!Once I finally made contact with someone by visiting the store in the middle of the day I spoke with them at length about replacing my lost/stolen phone using the insurance company that Boost uses for their customers. (FYI....if making a claim against the insurance Boost uses they no longer send you a replacement phone. After you pay a ridiculously high deductible, $175 in my case they then email you a coupon that you then can only take to local Boost stores to redeem. You cannot use it online, not even through Boost themselves, you cannot use it at other retailers that sell Boost phones like Target or BestBuy or Walmart....only the local Boost stores.)Then, because they don't carry any higher end phones in stock most likely you will have to wait 1-2 weeks for the phone to arrive after they order it. Don't hold your breath on being able to actually get the phone you had before or get one that is the equivalent value or better without dropping another several hundred dollars on it in addition to the deductible you already paid as well as the monthly insurance fees you have already paid. It doesn't matter that you could easily purchase a refurbished phone if you were allowed to use the coupon anywhere else or online....by the way, Boost no longer sells any refurbished phones just like they no longer allow Boost up payment plans...if you want to buy a phone through them you must pay cash upfront!After discussing it with the gentleman at the store we decided he would order me a new Samsung S23. He told me it should arrive in about 10 days and no, there was no way to get it any faster. I was pretty frustrated as I had already been without a phone for almost 2 weeks while waiting to hear back from the insurance but sometimes that's just the way it is.My REAL issue occurred today when I called the store just to check and see if maybe the phone had possibly arrived early (even though they said Thursday). A female answered the phone and once I explained to her why I was calling she did not say OK hold on or anything she clicked the phone as if to put me on hold however she repeatedly attempted to hang the phone up and it kept putting me on hold, after about 7 tries she finally succeeded in hanging up on me, never saying a word the whole time that was happening! I called back immediately and she said oh I was trying to call you right back (I seriously doubt that). Anyways, the reason she didn't want to talk to me was because she knew they had not ordered any phones the week before!! They never ordered my phone and now it will be another 2 weeks i will have to wait before i can get one! They were supposed to speak with a manager and call me right back within 15 minutes but I did not hear from them the rest of the day. I am super frustrated and I was thinking thank goodness I had also talked to a guy at another Boost store and at least they will be getting my phone in this week....boy was I wrong!Avoid Boost at all costs. Their customer service has went downhill since they have been bought out by DishNetwork. I have been a customer of Boost continuously for almost 18 years and I am now done and will be switching companies! So much for loyalty!

Original Post on 5/13: Ordered an iPhone after providing a $200.00 deposit. Given the run-around for over a week regarding order status and/or ETA. No one is able to give you a clear answer. After two trips to the store in hopes of picking up a new phone, I ended up getting a refund and ordered one online.Update on 5/23: I ordered an iPhone from the Boost website and it arrived at my house in 3 business days. DANIEL from this location has yet to call me after our last interaction when he said he was “still going to try to find me an iPhone” after I got refunded. My advice - just order the product you want online to prevent getting screwed around at this store.

Seriously! MY wife and daughter have boost mobile. They supposedly have a deal for iphone 11 and iPhone 12 if you were to port a number over. WELL I have been trying to take advantage of this deal for a month and a half! I've been in store 2x to see if I can get one,but they say they're out of stock come back next week. This happened again the following week. Okay so now I got to the point of calling 3x a week and it's always the same thing . Out of stock.osrry. I am done now. I'll go to metro. I wanted to get the same service as the rest of my family but whatever

Thank you to Daniel who helped me and my wife. We were getting bad customer service from the call center. So we came in the store and he helped us with our phones and helped with getting our service turned back on. Great customer service at this place. Can't thank you enough for everything!

Tried to get my father a new phone. Disappointed that they couldn't the new device because of the way the system is set up. So I took him to a competitor and he was squared away immediately and it boost no more.
