Be careful what you buy because they sell damaged products and when you want to return them they treat you as if you had broken them. They changed the product for me saying that it would be the first and last time they changed something for me and of course it will be the last time I buy there, I don't want to risk it or be treated like that again. Just double check the product you buy from them.
I bought a belt that had an extra hole that someone made manually, it is true the reviews where they say that they sell used and damaged things

The service is good but the selection is terrible. 90% of the boots looked used. They were covered in scuff marks and just looked worn in general. I have an 8 year old pair of boots and their condition was comparable to much of what I saw.

While I was here I had asked an employee where the paisley pattern shirts were, and to their credit they were very helpful. However afterwards I overheard two other workers say “your boy called em PAISLEYS” in a mocking tone. Sorry I asked! I will go elsewhere.

Customer sales personal were completely unprofessional, rude, disengaged, and lazy. Went in to buy a pair of womens boots and couldn't get any of the 3 female sales personal to help or assist in sizing boots or making a selection. These unprofessional young female sales associates were more concerned with standing around looking pretty wanting not to be bothered by customers.

Kind of a strange place, not very helpful to Native Americans when we ask questions. Bootbarn needs to be boycotted& protested. Didn't expect to be treated so bad since I contributed a lot to the name!.

was a respectful customer and still paid for an item.

I purchased a new belt and wallet. Very pleased with the quality, better than I expected. And the price was great too. PS…I did make this purchase online. Shipped quickly and in great condition.

Customer service was great as far as asking questions and assistance. However, I was surprised they did not know how to fold your clothes purchase when putting your clothes in the bag. My shirts were quickly wrapped in a ball then placed in the bag. I had to take them back out to fold them myself. I informed the manager of this and the young manager that was there seemed confused and stated they don’t have a procedure for putting your purchase in the bag. She then gave a poor attempt at folding a shirt and placing one of my shirts back in the bag. I then realized the problem is a management level.

I visited tonight because I was looking for a work boot with no liner. Just after I walked in Chris asked me if I needed help and went on to show me the work boot selection and was a great help. This is an excellent store for work and western wear.
