Not a lot of selection for women, and hit or miss on sizes. There were several boots that I liked that they could not find the match. Disappointed overall.

Do NOT waste your time coming here. We came in from Farmington (they have better service there than this ABQ boot barn) 3 adult boots are expensive NOT 1 item discounted during Christmas!! This Boot barn SUCKS!!!!

Went in with the intentions to buy boots. No one asked me if I needed help. Didn't see what I wanted I was going to have to order but again no request to assist.

All around really bad experience. After shopping for a while I waited at the counter and no one was there. Some other customers came up and started waiting for a cashier as well. When the cashier is finally came one of the customers insisted that they were there first even though they weren't. For argument sake I let them go first. Annoyed I waited for my turn. They had clearance racks with buy one get one free labels on them. I grabbed two shirts from one rack and two jackets from another. I figured one of each would be free because of the signs. The cashier rang everything up and there were definitely no discounts given. When I mentioned the buy one get one free she acted completely confused. After trying to explain to her that there were signs right there that clearly said I won't get one free she asked for someone to help. When that person came and started typing on the computer the total went from the $300 range to somewhere close to $500 and then she kept typing and it came back down to about the original total but somehow higher and she said there you go. I explained that I thought one of the shirts and one of the jackets should be free according to the sale and she didn't really understand what I was saying. Apparently she used the two T-shirts as the lower priced ones and removed them but the total was still somehow higher than when I started. Obviously a customer would rather have one of the $100 jackets as the free item so I don't understand why she wouldn't just explain that if I wanted the jackets buy one get one free I would just have to not get the t-shirts or by them separately. But she really didn't seem to understand and definitely was not being helpful. In hindsight I should have just bought the jackets and maybe come back for the t-shirts another time that way the jackets would be buy one get one free, but she was really rude and not helpful so I ended up just getting frustrated and having them cancel the entire purchase which included many non sale items. After having to wait for a cashier and for them to finally come up and be confused and rude about some simple buy one get one free items I decided that I didn't really want any of it. I'm sure these reviews don't really matter but I've been a frequent customer at this location and I'm going to find somewhere else because it's one thing to pay a lot for things but when you're paying a lot for things and getting really bad service it doesn't really add up.

I would strongly suggest that anyone and everyone go to any of the other Boot barns beside this one. The employees are treated horribly and in front of customers. The manager of this store is lazy and worthless. Her conduct and management skills need looking into or she needs to find other employment opportunities.

I will shop at any Bootbarn but this location. I feel bad for the staff that had to deal with the manager there. She shouldn't be in customer service, if she doesn't know how to inter act with people in professional manner.

Customer service was awful, asked the worker if he could unlock thr fitting room, he continues to walk as I am talking without a look in my direction mumbling no he can't open the fitting room he doesn't have keys. OK cool, so then ask if there is anyone else that can and he just nods to the girl already helping someone else down the isle. There was maybe 4 people in the store and this worker spent more time wandering about than actually helping anyone.

It'd been years since I'd been in this store, since there's a closer location. I'd forgotten just how spacious it is. It was easy to find what I wanted, and the people I dealt with were uniformly polite.
