I am very disappointed by the extremely, poor customer service experience I received today. My second time in this store and both times it was a poor experience. Mind blown! 3 employees working today and only one young curly haired kid was nice and actually acknowledged us. Other 2 teammates were behind the registers having a conversation while every guest in the store self shopped. I had to ask for a fitting room and another guy with clothes in hand as well. No one checked on us and offered to get more sizes. I went to the register and had to wait for the 2 teammates to stop their conversation. Then they just stared at me as if I was being rude for having interrupted them. No acknowledgement or hi how can I help? I asked to make my payment which they took. They might as well of had self checkout registers cause it looked and felt like no one worked there or no one was in charge. The only reason I'll go back is because Buckle is my favorite store. So much potential in this store to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for the guest. However it's creating bad experiences which is bad for business!

I can always find a good find at the Buckle. They are always getting new merchandise in and they have a special contract with the brand " hey dude". They always have different shoes then in other stores. Nice peek. Love their jeans and their staff is very helpful.

Smaller jean selection at Dilliard's. Only found two and they were high rise and looked too big on me. No luck. The jean selection was limited and wasn't able to find any mid rise at all. Did succeed in finding a pair at Buckle. Had a lot more to pick from, stretch, skinny, ankle and no holes.

I’ve been dreading going jean shopping all week. I usually go to boot barn or cavendars, but never love what I leave with. I decided to try buckle this afternoon, just because I was already at the mall. Kyle and Danielle, who were obviously short staffed, were beyond helpful. I asked for a larger size originally but I’ve lost weight and they didn’t fit—so they helped me when I said it felt too big, they picked out all of the brands and styles that I asked for. They were truly wonderful. I’ve never walked away from shopping feeling so good about myself without the hassle! Will shop at buckle from now on! Thank you Kyle and Danielle!

I was in the store looking for jeans in Albuquerque. I was never asked if I needed help. Then after I made some selections for jeans I stood in front of the dressing room for at least 5 minutes while at least two sales people walked by. I asked an employee if I could get a dressing room. She apologized and said, "oh I thought you were holding clothes for someone else..." I have never been ignored in a shopping store like this before. I am 48 and yeah probably don?t fit the mold of someone shopping there but I'm not dead. I still like Buckle jeans and still wear them. I felt humiliated and it was a terrible experience. I tried on one pair and there's also no mirrors in the rooms so I stepped out and looked in the mirror and I liked the fit. But I still felt ashamed for even shopping there so I left. It takes a lot to tear me up but this definitely took the cake. I know it was a busy day at the mall but it was obvious to me that since I didn?t "look the part" they didn't help me until I clearly asked. Maybe I'm wrong but I truly believe every one of those sales people looked at me and assumed I was too old to shop there and believed I didn't fit the "buckle" mold.
