Good luck paying here, management took away the bartender’s card readers in a move to force customers to pay through the BWW website with your phone, forcing you to verify your name and phone number in their database and then type in all of your card information. Will never be back here again

U am EXTREMELY disappointed in the fact that you are now forced to use your phone to pay! I hate all the extra information gathered, all the extra steps I must take just to pay for my fricking wings. TONIGHT BDUBS JUST LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER! I AM DONE!

I ordered online at 5:30, got here at 6:10, waited at the counter for 15 minutes and wasn’t once acknowledged. A worker walked directly past me on her phone and went to the back, said nothing to me. I continued waiting for another 5 minutes and then went to the kitchen door and asked for someone to help me. A man looked at me, and finally came out. When I gave him the name he said “another 5 minutes” then left. I then proceeded to wait til about 6:30. Took a total of one hour for a few wings. I received no apology, horrible service, won’t be back.

Wasn't greeted at the door other than a sign saying seat yourself and scan the QR code at your table to get started.Took the server about 5 minutes to notice me. He took my drink order and allowed me time to look at the menu. When he dropped off my drink, he didn't ask if I was ready to order and just walked off. 20 minutes later, he came back to check on me asking, "Is everything OK here?" I told him that I would really like to order some food. When a different server brought it out to me, the fries were cold, the wing sauces were wrong, and they told me that we were still waiting on something that I hadn't ordered. Also, the appetizer came at the same time as the meal.Overall, I was unimpressed with this location. They did the job and put food in my mouth. But I expect more from a BWWs. Because that is what they have shown me all over the United States.

It was an exciting experience visiting Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time! I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the cauliflower dish; its flavor and texture reminded me of the beloved gobi Manchurian from Indian cuisine. Dining with a group enhanced the experience, as everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. Additionally, our server provided excellent service, contributing to the overall enjoyment of the visit. It was a memorable dining experience that left a positive impression, and I look forward to returning in the future.Vegetarian options: Cauliflower wings

Horrible!!! Do not waste your money or time. Staff is unable to greet you when you walk in or take an order. They also don't know the mangers name. Beyond unacceptable. McDonald's provides better customer service and food.

Bdubs food is mid but not terribly expensive and not bad either. This location is nice and accommodating to large parties to watch whatever sport. I am only roped into coming here by other people but I would recommend coming here if it’s convenient. The wait staff are great, but I get the sense they are a little overstretched.

The service is atrocious and abominable. I have been waiting to “be seated” for so long and had to seat myself. The food is expected to take 10-15min but it has been over 40 minutes. Last time, they forgot my food in the kitchen and gave it to me cold. That’s a health violation. Don’t come here if you want good service and food at a timely manner.

OK. Looked from someplace showing the lobos play in the tournament in vegas tonight. 377 no Applebee's no chili's no. Buffalo Wild Wings on Gibson YES. And audio!! BELLE is taking great care of us. You guys rock!

It was definitely too cold. According to waiter. Thermostat is handled by corporate. Only reason for the low review. The food was delicious.

Never in my life have I arrived to any restaurant, much less a chain restaurant to seat for over 35 mins after ordering food (server never came to check on us, much less our food) had to call upon another server to request to pack our food to go instead. I was then told there isn’t any food for us. Apparently “someone else ordered the same exact order” thus they don’t have food for us.Didn’t even proceed to offer a voucher. Now I understand why there review rating is so low.

BWW offers 3 x points but they don't tell you it takes 24 hours for them to take effect after you've opted to redeem them. The wait staff are left in an awkward position explaining this. #baitandswitxh
