Took my son in for a birthday bear was not welcomed to the store so we just got one waited 13mins to be helped and when I was the lady told me how much for the birthday pack so my son was happy then we got to the registered to pay bill was $47.something I asked why she said how much everything was I told her the sign says $25 for the pack the lady told me as well for a top pants Voice box and hat and the bear is all $25 they started arguing with me! So I got upset and wanted to walk out but my son really wanted that bear so we took everything off and got the bear and voice box! Get better workers/signs.

I've been coming to this store since I was little, and even back then I could tell when the employees really didnt want to be there. HOWEVER, this last time I went I was so amazed by the thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and commitment from Duncan. He really went out of his way to make it special for everyone and it shows that he actually cares about his job and keeping the magic alive for littles (and the grown ups!). Keep it up!

We went in last Saturday and I was
worried because it was very busy when we got there. Duncan showed us the process and made my kiddos feel special about their birthdays. Super fun store!

I went in recently to get a gift for my niece and was very pleased with my first ever experience in a Build-A-Bear, It was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind, Duncan took care of us and my niece couldn't be happier!

Went in with my twin girls for their birthday, and WOW easily the worst customer service experience. Finn was clueless, the other sales rep was useless, and the manager pretty much doesnt know how to manage a store at all. No guidance or help with my girls. The voice recording is dumb and cant hear it. No smelly option given during the process. I saw all 3 just sit behind the counter and played on their phones. For the money we spent, there should be a high level of service offered throughout the process. You all should be ashamed.

Wow, first and only time I’ll be at build a bear. I was told there was a deal where you pay your kids age on their birthday. When I got there that deal was apparently $28. I was fine with that. My daughter picked the bear she wanted, and the outfit. After my daughter was set on the bear the lady working there said it was for a specific bear, okay my daughter is set on another one so I guess I’ll pay. Then once we got to building the bear the other worker starting telling my daughter and not me about all the add ons and didn’t mention anything about extra cost. Once it was all said in done the gave me a price of $69! What a scam. What I thought was going to be a $3 bear for my 3 year old daughter ended up being $69. Not only will I never come back I will do everything I can to make sure other people don’t as well.

I cannot thank the employees there enough, thank you for being so kind to me and treating me so well while I made a special bear for my daughter! My daughter now has a teddy bear with her daddy’s voice we lost him way too soon and she lost her dad way too young thank you for helping me create something so beautiful!

We had my son's birthday party here and it was incredible!! The birthday packages are reasonably priced and everyone had such a great time! Out party host really cares about my son and everyone at the party. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!!
