If you care about your car, dont give them for repair even if it is under insurance. One of the worst services ever in my life. Has taken more than 4 months to get my vehicle repaired, has not returned my vehicle and they keep giving one reason or another.
1. They lie about the status of the vehicle, after 15 days of taking my vehicle they told they had all parts to repair.
2. Their estimated date moved from oct 31st to Nov 7th and it has been postponed and I have not received it yet.
3. Called them before thanksgiving , they said it was in firestone tire shop for wheel alignment, while my app showed my vehicle is still in their shop. When I went to the tire shop firestone and verified that my vehicle is not there, they changed the story that some part needs to arrive so the very first update that they gave was a lie and I realized their current update is also a lie. I asked them to send photos of repair and proof. Have not received anything except calls giving one reason or other
4. After thanksgiving (Dec 1st), they said the vehicle fuse is burnt out and some technician. I had already lost hopes at this point
5. After December 8th they told the battery is dead and they have sent the vehicle to dealership, which I cant verify as my vehicle is not getting connected to app and going to dealership which is 22 miles from my home costs me 50$ on avg one way.
6. Still their update is the same. I dont even know if my vehicle still exists or not . Now it is December 19th and even if they provide an update how to trust these guys.
7. On 21st they asked me to respond to the email pointed by them. I responded it's 24th still no reply!
8. Pretty sure I wont get it on Christmas and I dont expect any lies sorry updates soon
The irony is I finished paying my auto loan but I have not got my car back and I dont think I will get it by end of 2025.
I will keep posted on their lies. Dont trust them, this is a horrifying situation as I need to walk everyday to my office and these guys dont take their job seriously

My front bumper was significantly damaged in a fender-bender. The other person’s insurance paid. Caliber Collision made the entire process easy for me. They explained everything, kept in touch during the repairs, communicated with the insurance company and car rental company. I have only had the car back two days, but so far the repair looks excellent. Front office staff were all very professional, friendly, and helpful.

Great experience with Calibers Collisin. Best part was regular updates and being able to leave rental car with them and they take care of it.

I drove down from Farmington and it was definitely worth the drive. Anthony kept me informed and I was a hassle but he answered every call and even sent me an email to help out with my boss to allow me to pick up my car. I wasn’t able to make it when it was ready and they allowed me to pick it up on a day of convenience for me. Overall I will remain using them for any body work on my vehicles and would definitely recommend them to anyone going forward. If communication, efficiency and respect is something you are looking for caliber collision downtown is the way to go!

They had my car for 6 weeks and I got one (1) phone call when I first dropped it off. They have zero customer service. Would not recommend if you need your car, or simply would like updates. PS interesting to note, when I complained about the zero communication, they blamed it one “the office girl”, I guess she’d been out for 6 weeks? And they are incapable of using the phone? Car looked great though! Could’ve been a great experience, but phones are hard to use!

Amazing crew in downtown Albuquerque office. Tommy was awesome. He was so friendly and updated on my vehicle. Gabby was also so very friendly. I could have hung out with them all day.

I’m so happy with my experience with Caliber Collision. They were very accommodating, got me in fast and my car was done early-
within two weeks of dropping it off. My car looks great! They made the process so easy and stress free. Kept me posted with the whole process. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. I’d highly recommend the location on 1st street. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

They repaired my car and it looked so amazing, looked brand new!! Then a couple weeks later they did a courtesy repair for me when the plastic on the bottom of my car was dragging. Awesome people here! Great customer service!
