After our accident, we choose Car Crafters on Montano Road in ABQ to complete our repairs. Phillip was wonderful, communicated very thoroughly and often, and our car was returned to us when they estimated it would be done and in better condition that when we left it. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

My car was severely damaged in a minor car accident and I brought it to carcrafters fully expecting it would end up totaled but they fixed it. It took a little longer than it was scheduled to but when they returned it it looks as if nothing had ever happened to it.

Initial Service advisor Marta Galindo left abruptly according to regional manager James Lowe. She wrote up the estimate for the damage to my car from two catastrophic hail storms, out I the east mountains this past summer. Their in house hail guy Tyler Stevenson wrote up the original report and then wrote up another one when my car finally went in for repairs on 11/18/24. The second report was not shown to me until they had already completed the repair work on Friday 11/23. The price of the estimate doubled from the time Philip took over as the new service advisor from when I first started working with Marta. It was supposed to go in a month sooner but they just forgot about our scheduled appointment. They did terrible damage to my drivers side panel and caused the paint to crack and then refused to finish fixing a bad ding where something had flown into the car. They then claimed it was pre existing but also said that they fix it when I initially took my vehicle in for inspection. The service and completion is less than. Satisfactory & now I have to deal with claims, again. The excuse that Service advisor Philip used to double the original estimate was that they had to wash my dirty vehicle, and when they did, they found more work. I told Philip that when I initially met with the service advisor, the same worker inspected it and that my car wasn't dirty because it hadn't rained out in the mountains... Horrible excuses and poor service.

Car Crafter’s on Montano did an excellent job with my wife’s Mustang GT. A deer jumped in front of the Mustang and created extensive body damage. Chris Mora with Car Crafters did a fantastic job in keeping my wife informed during the entire repair process. He was very attentive and professional. If you are Chris’s supervisor and you are reading this, give that man a raise!

Scammed me didnt even give me a quote before they started working on my car, on top of that it took them way to long to fix, giving me fake completion date day after day, most days making me take off work early only to find a new completion ay text the next morning. DONT USE THESE SCAMMERS
