I had a great experience. My representative Joe Gabaldon. Was great. He even went the extra mile to get in contact with another insurance adjuster to help get things situated with the vehicle.

If a zero star rating was possible that is what I would give to this place!I took in my car on a Tuesday (10/24) and they took an hour just to do a walk around. I asked for copies of the paperwork I had signed and the ladies at the front desk would not give me any documents. A man named Dylan FINALLY came out and was seemingly nice. He stated it was minor and he could fix it quickly. I was relieved because I hate not having my car.He called 2 days later saying my car would be done 11/1 as they were awaiting parts. I said ok and agreed because I had no other option as they had already taken apart my car. Later I noticed the estimate from the insurance stated 11/9 for completion. Also,the estimate showed 100 mile difference than when I took it in. So I called them, receptionists were rude and kept transferring me around.On 10/31, I call in AGAIN! Finally, I am able to speak to Dylan. He states that the vehicle won’t be ready until 11/9. I asked him why he told me 11/1 and why they have not returned my calls. He said in his notes he told me parts would come in on 11/1 and that I needed to wait until 11/9. I asked what was taking so long, he went through paint and assembling. I expressed my concerns and my frustration as they were not clear. He at first was kind and professional but when I questioned him he got upset and aggressive. I asked if I could just pick it up. He said no cause the parts were off. I said I would see with the insurance what I could do. He called about 30 minutes later and left a voicemail saying my car was put back together and I needed to pick it up. He called again in the morning and left another voicemail saying I needed to go get my car. When I returned his call he was very angry and demanded I go get my car. After getting car I found additional damages and just laziness or carelessness in putting it back together. Very sad and concerning as my children are in this car daily.Blessing in disguise! This place has bad reviews and I’m grateful my car can be fixed correctly elsewhere.

I was recently rear ended and the person who hit me fled the scene of the accident. I heard not so great things about Car Crafters but when I saw they were nearby and my insurance works with them, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to take my car there for an estimate and repairs. On 10/16/2023 I made an appointment for 10/23 at 8am for the Car Crafters at 600 Montano Road NE for and estimate and to schedule repairs on my car. Since this location is close to my house and near the Top Golf that I am familiar with. They said they examine my car, and they have a rep from my insurance company on site and they had mechanics there as well, so I didn't need to worry about the mechanical issues I was having - they said they would take a look. I arrived on 10/23 at 8:00 sharp and after providing my name, phone number, address and claim number they said they could not find me in the system and that I did not have an appointment. They said they can schedule me out for another day in the future. I let them know I took off work for this and I had this planned for a week. After I pushed back and spoke with the manager, they said if I fill out a form I can get seen right away as a customer walk in. So, I did the customer walk in form. Around 8:15am they called my name, and I was seen by a gentleman named Darren. He let me know they would take the car back and do an estimate and should be done in 45 minutes to an hour. At 9:15 I came back, and my car was sitting outside of the garage in the pick-up zone. I let the lady at the front desk know I was there. I sat there for over an hour, at 10:30 I was finally seen and Darren basically threw an estimate at me that took literally 50 seconds to go through. He was ready to walk away, and I said, what about the repairs, what day should I come back for repairs? His response was "someone named Dan will call you". The front desk people are rude and on their phones ignoring customers. This company is pretending to be an auto repair/mechanic shop. But in my experience, they are anything but that.

Told the lady at the front desk i had a 11:30am appointment, she thought that I was a "walk in" and had to clarify multiple times that I had an appointment. Waited over an hour to be helped for an estimate and the help never arrived. Went to the same lady who signed me in and she couldn't find my paper work that mysteriously disappeared. She walked back and forth looking lost and didn't know what else to do. Ended up walking out. This company clearly shows that they hire people who don't know what they are doing, would rather socialize about their personal lives, not provide professional customer service and have cold symptoms.

Terribly unprofessional, false advertising. Incompetence from the front of the house all the way to the back. Rude service, incomplete work. Not friendly, not helpful. The absolute worst car repair facility in New Mexico. The people here will lie to you and waste your time. Everyone was having a bad experience and they treat their employees terrible. Avoid this place at all costs. It is worth the wait to find another collision repair center. If you value your time and honesty, please stay away from Car Crafters.

The insured work was completed, but car was damaged further while in the care of Car Crafters. And they didn’t own it or fix it.Suspect something was dropped on my roof while replacing the windshield. Tsk tsk.Shame on Car Crafters.

Had a 10am Appt. Waited 30 minutes until someone came out to talk to me. Gentlemen didn’t even introduce himself. Walked out for inspection and laughed at my 1996 For Bronco. Hit me at 20+ K. Asked for a real number as that is why I set up appt. He said we don’t paint. Shrugged me off and walked away. I have brought all my insurance claims to them, this is first self pay. Never again. I have never been so disrespected by someone that laughs at something you are trying to fix up for a family member.

I took my car to get fixed they did a good job at not only fixing my car also damaging it as well my front quarter panel has paint chips that weren’t their before my sides skirts have paint chipped from the accident and also they over sprayed my rear quarter window and broke my window switch and the pictures below will show what they damaged and painted badly also they do not know how to reinstall window rain deflectors I paid my 250$ deductible and this is what I get the shop is reluctant to return my calls i gave them plenty of time Dillion from progressive I have two jobs I can’t just drop off my car this is unacceptable

Went in for an estimate, because it wasn’t going through insurance the adjuster was rude!! Just told me the total and walk away!! Montano and i25!! Never again will I use these people again!!

I give Car Crafters one star, not for the work that they did, for customer service. My accident happen 3 months ago and in those 3 months, I received only 3 calls. One was to let me know that they had my car. A second call telling me parts had been ordered, then nothing. Had to use FB to get their attention that I wanted to be kept informed as to the progress. I found that even when they called me to tell me the car was going to be done, and I gave them the option of the next day, they didn't even call me then. It was the next week when they called me that the car was finished, "Ready to go." with a smile in his voice. Upon arrival, and was asked for a check that the insurance company had sent me, I asked what check? "Oh, did you cash the check?" Again I asked "What check? I never got a check!" As it turns out, a half hour later, the body shop had received the check and cashed it. I felt insulted, disrespected, and wasn't in the mood to hear just what they had done to my car. Walking in front of the person who brought my car around, putting my had behind me indicating I wanted the key, I got in and drove away. I felt like a mushroom all the way through this process. Kept in the dark at all time. If I can, I'll never go back there again.

Let me start with the good. Chris Mora with the Farmers service team was great, responsive, and my car looked beautiful when they were done repairing it after a car side-swiped me. However, I also wanted to see about getting my windshield fixed while my car was in the shop from a rock hitting it on the freeway using my own insurance. The progressive service team was TERRIBLE!!! I literally could not get them to return a call no matter how many messages I left. When I randomly got one of them on the phone, he took my claim number and said he would work on it, then never did, and never returned my phone call after. When I called the front desk to speak to a manager about this, the woman who helped me was rude and told me that it was "their policy" not to let customers speak to managers until the service advisors had been talked to, the service providers who would NEVER return my call. In the end, I was not able to get my windshield fixed because of this. I would leave 0 stars for the progressive team if possible. This is a TERRIBLE way to run a business and I will never be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would!Back in March/April, I had to take my 2022 Ram Rebel in due to an accident. After repairs were done, I noticed the bumper was off. I waited until my hubby was home to check because we may not see things perfectly. He noticed it was off. We called the insurance company and car crafters. We were told it was within specs and that’s the way it was to look. I told him, it was not and that’s not how I purchased prior to accident.They refused to fix it. Kept telling me I was wrong and it’s how it’s supposed to look.Went and called the insurance company to go to Larry H Miller Collision East to have repairs fixed the right way (had to wait a few months to get lawyer involved since they were stating nothing was wrong with issue) Was told today from the original accident fix, the brackets under were bent. Now that it has been fixed the right way, everything lines up and truck is no longer unevenWill never use this company again.

Adam was my advisor on two occasions in the last year. Very professional and my car was repaired perfectly and efficiently. Was updated throughout the week and they worked seamlessly with my insurance. Highly recommend.
