“The turn in to get into the car wash is way too tight and it’s difficult when you’re in a big truck. Also many times when I come to use the vacuums, the vacuum hoses are plugged up and they do not function correctly and do not suck hard enough. The employees need to check the vacuum hose is more often to make sure they are sucking correctly.. Other than this, my experience has been good”

“I really love Champion more than Any other car wash I've ever used. Even though they don't do interiors, they have a lot of stations where you can vacuum and wipe down your car as long as needed. All the employees are super courteous and friendly, which, if you're living in Albuquerque, you know that this is Not the customer service you are normally going to get, and you are very surprised when you get this nice treatment. If they keep this up, I think that they could have many locations in every state in the country.”
“I go out of my way to go here because the automatic wash is touch less, does a good job, and responsibly priced. After years of going there, I had a small issue with the wash. After letting the managers know, they offed me a free wash, but I told them I can just finish up my truck in a bay that they turned on for me free of charge. That’s awesome customer service!!”

“What can I say? I initially thought that it was not a good idea, this kind of car wash, that is, cuz I was so used to washing my own car, getting my feet and pants wet, getting blasted in the face with mud and debris and washing the stuff under my car, pumping quarters into the machine, dollar after dollar after dollar, freezing my butt on the cold months and taking a couple hours every time to get my car clean. But hence, I was wrong and now in a matter of 15 minutes, tops, I am in and out with a super clean truck, or car, feeling fresh and renewed after dealing with the polite and courteous staff at Champion car washes. I usually go to the Edgewood New Mexico Champion car wash, but if I'm in Albuquerque there's several options and anyone that I have been to have been consistent in their attention, convenience and service. And the price is fair and a very good value, something you don't see very much of these days in this country. I can't say enough good things about this company. Everyone, have a Champions day!”

“Great place to get a car on a budget. Jill and Ric were amazing and made me feel welcomed. They worked with me even though I didn't have the best of credit and got me into a car I really love. Even better than that, signs were posted on the door and throughout the store that there was no public restrooms and I really needed it and she took me to it and let me in. I forgot to get her name but because of her actions even though there is always several individuals hanging out by the entrance asking patrons for a handout I will stop there when I'm in the area”

“I took my car in for a detail, my car was DIRTY.. we have 5 animals and they travel everywhere with us. They knocked it out of the park with how clean my car was after picking it up, my husband said it looks like it did the day we drove it off the lot. 10/10 recommend them!”
