“I had a wonderful experience with Enchantment. I went into the store last week and selected an in stock carpet. No pressure sales pitch - Christie listened to what I wanted, showed me the options, and priced it. They sent the rep out that day to take the measurements. Then called the next day with installation for Monday.

The installer did an amazing job. I wanted the carpet installed around a large aquarium so that I did not have to drain and move the huge tank. Two national companies refused. Enchantment was able to do it and the installer made a seamless, precision cut to the edge of the aquarium stand. He even installed a small strip behind the tank so you cannot tell. And he finished everything an hour earlier than estimated.

Enchantment was lower in price than the national companies for the same quality. I appreciate being able to support quality local businesses. I highly recommend them.”

“I had my floors done with Express Flooring and even though I love my carpet I probably won't be doing business with them for the last two rooms when my husband retires in 2.5 years. I had so much of a runaround experience when this project started on October 17th and finally finished this past Tuesday. First they suspected aspestos when they cut the carpet as I had chosen LVP in my 1959 house. They stopped the demo leaving my house dusty and carpets rolled up. I had to call them back to put the carpet back since I have Arthritis. Came back positive for Aspestos they installers left a little mirror broken leg that has sentimental value and scratches on the dresser drawer. They took off the last room and were going to put full price and raised the price even though I was able to compromise on not getting full price. They got Kilz on my furniture and bathroom cabinets. The final straw was when they plugged my outdoor cable to my DVR to my tv and I lost satellite connection and had to wait until the next day for the Dish Technician.
I spoke to Eppi and Don about my experience with this company they were quite empathetic which I got no apology from Express Flooring only invalidated when I mentioned the tv saying this didn't happen to other customers. Eppi and Don offered to come out and answer questions for me but I didn't want to take advantage of there kindness since my purchase is 2 5 years down the road”
