“Ten out of five stars. Enchantment Carpet is the absolute best. We ordered carpet from a box store. Weeks later when the installers brought the carpet to the house, I got the feeling they didn’t want to do the job. They said the carpet was “delaminated” and we’d have to wait several more weeks until new carpet would arrive and could be installed..
We made the drive to Enchantment Carpet, spoke to Ernie and had installers here the NEXT DAY! Prices were lower than the box stores, service was a million times better and we got great carpet installed in no time.

“I really thought that the house would be made out of... Well... Floors. But I guess I was mistaken, as they had drywall and ceilings too. I got some nice vinyl floors and they even gave us tips on how to install.

“Ray's flooring is great. I have a huge moisture issue with my floor that was caused by Pulte. Ray's flooring is fighting for me to make it right. I want to point out Pablo and Marty for being so helpful through this process. The installers are not the problem...It is always 100% the builder not taking any responsibility and pointing fingers at every else. I will be using Ray's flooring in the future.”
