So this is weird. I recently went to this location to open a checking account. They were busy when I walked in. I waited a minute, then the vice president of the bank came over and asked if I needed help. I said yes. He tool me to his office to talk. I told him why I was there. Then he started asking questions about what race I am. I thought it was odd. I told him I was of European decent. Without any provocation he looked me in the eye and said chase does not do business with racist colonizers. I was shocked. He then asked me to leave or he was going to call the cops. He also said he knew a lot of them and could have me locked up for a long time. It is truly said a company like chase would hire such an unstable person. Needless to say I won't be back.

Should have stayed with Wells Fargo. This bank is inconvenient no atms in Rio Rancho . Customer service was horrible

Thanks for an always stellar and great banking experience. I was a bit rude on last few visits but the bankers and staff were extremely patient and kind. Would recommend to anyone starting a business.

I entered the branch this afternoon without debit card or ID. A very friendly representative named Kim took the time to help me set up a mobile app and wallet, allowing me to complete my transactions. Kim was knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. She is an excellent representative for Chase Bank
